In a quiet environment, 150 meters from the beach, Villa Odys is a spacious luxury villa. It has a dining room with a living room equipped with a large TV and free wifi. It offers two bedrooms (quality bedding with large closets). A bedroom with a double bed, cupboards and television. The second bedroom has a double bed and two single bunk beds with a small view of the ocean. This house includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, extractor, electric coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, etc.) It has a large bathroom (bath, double sink) and separate toilet. Outside, the large terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a SPA which is accessible in all seasons. The garden is fully enclosed and private, it allows you to park your bikes and a vehicle in the courtyard.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Excellent endroit, coup coeur pour l ile de Ré et pour cette maison extra.Maison qui est tres bien equipee, et très bien placée, et qui possède en plus un jacuzzi, tres appreciable pour les soirees.La mer est à 3mn à pied.Boulangerie, boucher etc.. petit resto. sont à 3mn en velo.Nous avions loué des velos via l agence, c etait super.J ai ete extrêmement satisfaite de ce sejour.J y reviendrai et j espere tres vite.Je remercie l agence qui a ete d une extreme gentillesse et tres professionnelle.Merci à elle.

Le logement était propre à notre arrivée et bien situé.Cependant beaucoup de détails sont à prendre en compte:- changer le rideau de douche moisi - réparer l'armoire de la chambre qui ne s'ouvre pas-LA PRISE DE COURANT DE LA CHAMBRE ENFANT EST ARRACHEE, C EST DANGEREUX ET NON FONCTIONNEL-changer le revêtement des matelas, ce n'est pas hygiénique,enfin, un couvercle pour le micro ondes et une paire de ciseau cuisine ne seraient pas du luxe.l
