In Rivedoux-Plage, the holiday flat "La Plage", facing the ocean, with Fort Boyard and the islands of Aix and Oléron in your sights, is the perfect place to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends, and to discover the charms of the Ile de Ré and La Rochelle!



This 40m² flat for 4 people, located on the ground floor, has a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bright living room with a double sofa bed (160x200 cm) and offers all the facilities you need for your comfort. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with walk-in shower and WC.

Wi-Fi, television, fan in each room, Bluetooth speaker, etc.



This flat also has a 10m² private garden opening onto the residence's garden, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands and, for those who love kitesurfing, windsurfing or wingfoiling, the spot!



All you have to do is cross the road to find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water.



The residence, comprising just 6 homes, is a friendly place where you can enjoy the sea, wellbeing

It has a fully-equipped gym (machines and yoga mats) with a sea view.



There are Racks for boards and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden at the rear of the building.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Strand und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten das Zentrum von Rivedoux Plage mit Bäckerei, Einkaufsladen, etc. Der Kontakt mit Julie war unkompliziert. Sie hat uns im Vorfeld wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt zukommen lassen.Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, war die viel befahrene Straße zwischen der Wohnung und dem Strand.
