The hotel itself has very clean rooms, but they are very small. The lobby is up a flight of stairs from the beach path, and is not at all inviting. The check in counter is simply someone’s desk. The breakfast area is also struggling to define itself; it’s nondescript, and not attractive. Breakfast is not included in the rate, but on site parking is. The managers were extremely nice. But the POOL was great.
