This resort is absolutely amazing. Everywhere you look it is beautiful, you can sit by the pool and look at the mountains, walk through the trees and see the tranquil lakes within the resort, it’s paradise and that’s before you walk out to THE lake, a two minute walk! The breakfast is such an experience, you sit outside, listening to the birds and eat a delicious breakfast at your leisure. We were so sad to leave this absolute dreamlike holiday!!

This place is magical! A nice peaceful haven in a popular stretch of the lake. We enjoyed the suite room which gave our family the ability to stay together in one sizable room (after many days of having to book 2 hotel rooms elsewhere on our trip). The pool is lovely, grounds are stunning. Lake activities at your doorstep.

Excellent hotel. Truly great amenities. The room was spacious but one watchout is that it is dated, so no modern hotel comforts like USB or universal charging points, no overhead showers (just a jacuzzi). We did really enjoy our stay though. Breakfasts in suite terrace were great.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the huge balcony and being able to shut the windows so we could sleep in. The gardens that surround the resort are gorgeous and full of small wildlife we loved to see each day. The restaurants have great food and friendly staff. There is a grocery store and lots of shopping nearby which was super helpful. You can walk to both. We also loved the “pillow menu.” First time I’ve ever seen that in a resort! The scenery driving to and surrounding the resort is too beautiful to even put into words! Will definitely visit this resort again!

Everything from the location, amenities, staff, park to the rear and access to the lake was excellent! Fantastic hotel in one of the most picturesque settings i've visited. Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. A path to the rear of the hotel, along the lake is great for cycling and walking and takes you to the centre of Riva with lovely shops and restaurants in one direction and to

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. It’s conveniently located, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer.
The view from our room was incredible—this photo hardly captures how beautiful it really is.

Hotel generally very good but a few things would have improved our experience. Parking was very difficult on site. Our room had only paper cups to make hot drinks, only powdered milk and small tumblers for drinks. No shower gel so used our own Breakfast was really good, selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, cakes, cheese and eggs. Seemed to be lots to do for families. Had a 6 month old with us and it was a bit tricky to get bottles washed and sterilised. All in all a lovely experience
