Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at during my trip in Italy. Modern and clean!! Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice. Parking is free. Very short walk to the main town centre (just around the corner) to cute restaurants bars and shops! Has a washing machine and dryer that’s free to use but it wasn’t working when we visited unfortunately.

What a great hotel. I can’t say enough about the people that work there. They went far and beyond many times. One example: My wife and I never checked luggage in so we Each had carry-on luggage and a backpack with clothing. This was a five week trip for us so periodically we needed to do laundry. I wouldn’t recommend doing laundry at this hotel because the washer and dryer are really meant for very light wear clothing. In any case, we had some difficulty with the washer And the woman at the counter Immediately, walked with us To help out. On another occasion, we needed dryer sheets. There’s a home supply store. The woman at the hotel recommended we go there. I don’t know if something was lost in translation when I arrived at the store, but the people in the store said they didn’t have dryer sheets. When I mentioned it to the girl at the hotel, she actually offered to go with us to the store. She exclaimed, I know they have dry sheets because that’s where I buy mine. We had a great breakfast at the hotel each morning. It’s not a large hotel so there’s not a lot of people and it’s not your usual hotel buffet. It’s very much worth it, and I would highly suggest it. My wife and I book our own trips and we always look at reviews. I’m shocked that the number of bad reviews I see it so many hotels that end up being a great place to stay. In any case, I would highly suggest this hotel. It is very close to a beautiful level, flat town that’s easily walkable.

I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel and staff was perfect! Our receptionist was so polite, smiley and helpful, plus there is parking on arrival. We had a suite, which was so roomy and comfortable, and has an equipped kitchen and dining table. The bed was comfortable and the bedding crisp! The shower was good, which is important. Breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of food and a choice of eggs made to order. There was Prosecco too. It’s a two minute walk to the old town and lakeside. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The rooms were very comfortable - air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Towels seemed to be changed each day which was unnecessary and not very environmentally friendly. We experienced a problem in the bathroom which having been reported twice, was not attended to.

Unbelievably charming place!

We had an unbelievable experience here! From the friendliest staff (special kudos to Cinzia who was so pleasant and helpful), to the over-the-top breakfast (eggs to order, bacon, and cappuccinos!), to the wine cellar in the basement (thanks again to Cinzia for assisting us with selecting a late night bottle of wine on the night of our arrival!), to the colorful, spacious and quirky yard overlooking the mountains. I was tempted to cancel the rest of our Italy adventure and just hunker down at this lovely space for a week! Grazie mille, Holiday IV Garden!
