ME CAMBIARION DE DEPARTAMENTO A OTRA AREA DE LA CIUDAD SIN MOTIVO ALGUNO Y SIN IMPORTARLES NADA Uno como turista hace planes y acomoda sus horarios conforme la ubicacion de su hospedaje, yo escogi esta propiedad por que se acomodaba a mis planes, por que me gusto, por la ubicacion y por lo que yo quiera, por algo la escogi,pero antes de la entrada se comunicaron conmigo por un medio ajeno a Hoteles.com (WhatsApp) diciendome que por motivos de sobre venta esa propiedad por la que yo pague no la podria gozar por que ya estaba ocupada, asi que me mandaron a otra zona de la ciudad sin ser empaticos ni dar una explicacion concreta.Muy mal, es un disgusto, una molestia, eso hace que la Reputacion de esta plataforma baje, el saber que te pueden mover de ubicacion si ellos quieren no da seguridad, no recomiendo que hagan reservaciones en Hoteles.com.
