Real residence hotel

This is a good place very close to Copacabana beach. The rooms are like apartments so you have a kitchen and a living room. It is an older place but is a good base if you want to explore the Copacabana area. I would stay here again.

I did not get what I paid for. Big disappointment.

Stayed here for 3 nights. No worth it. I paid too much for no service. The place is old, smells of mildew and mold, dirty, dusty, in urgent need of an upgrade. I also did not get the apartment I had paid for. I paid for a newer, updated apartment, but got an old one. Management made some excuses about the pictures showed on hotels.com being just a sample. I paid more exactly because I expected to stay on that specific apartment. Each apartment at this place is unique in its decor, details, etc. Thus, what I have paid for is what I was supposed to get. I got sick from all of the dust and mildew and mold smell. My sinuses was bad. Not towels were provided if you stay for less than ONE WEEK. It's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient for shopping and going to the beach. I did not use the pool or sauna, but the other guests with me seemed to enjoy it. This place needs to keep up with basics of hospitality such as clean rooms and amenities. Note to management: update old apartments should be a priority. Rio de Janeiro is an international city, so this hotel should provide the minimum of comfort and standard hospitality as expected elsewhere if it wants its guests to come back.

Go elsewhere if you want a minimum of comfort

The apartment had many issues: It was dirty, very dusty,had mildew smell; things were broken or not properly working, and were old. Very noisy due to be facing busy street. There was a policy of not replacing towels and sheets only if you stay for over a week, and it would be replaced/changed only once a week! The building itself smells of mildew as you enter it. Wifi did not work at all. The password given did not work and it was not provided another option! Amenities are ok (pool, sauna). Location is convinient.

Faltam as comodidades de um hotel

Embora se autodenomine hotel, é um flat. Tem algumas comodidades, mas muitas falhas. O lugar é cheio de regras, das quais você não é informado. Concordo com a regra que banhistas deve utilizar o elevador de serviço, mas não custa nada avisar aos hóspedes da regra e informar por onde é a entrada, que é escondida (preferem que um segurança constrangido dê essa informação). Seria útil se eu soubesse que precisava informar o nome antes de ir na pisicna. Poderiam fornecer um manual com as regras, onde constasse que a troca de toalhas ocorre apenas uma vez por semana. Pior, toalhas de má qualidade (uma delas tinha o logo de um clube). Os apartamentos são antigos. OK, até é charmoso, mas as tomadas de 3 pinos já são padrão há quase 10 anos. Hidráulica também precisa de uma reforma urgente. E não tem tv a cabo, apenas alguns canais da tv digital. Mas há coisas boas. Os apartamentos são, de fato, espaçosos e bem equipados. O "hotel" é bem localizado, ao lado do túnel que vai para Botafogo, a 10 minutos de caminhada da praia. Funcionários são atenciosos. Atenderam nossa necessidade solicitada na reserva O restaurante serve uma comida honesta a preço honesto.

O último dia mandara a gente sair às 11 hrs porque estava o hotel lotado foi muito humilhante bateram a porta e mandaram a gente sair . Também não me deixaram dormir os hóspede que estavam no andar encima do nosso . A localização é muito boa e confortável o hotel e os apartamentos mas a atenção é péssima

Deveria ter sido Alugado como Flat, não como Hotel. Não teve Wi fi, apenas depois me passaram a senha do quarto em cima. Vista para a Mata e não para cidade. Sem Luz no Hall do Elevador. A arrumação apenas estendeu os lençóis,não os trocou, nem trocou as Toalhas de banho. O estacionamento, foi cobrado á parte assim como o café da Manha.
