Très bel appartement

Vue époustouflante, terrasse fantastique avec vue à 270 degrés l appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rio. L accueil très sympa. Quartier et résidence sécurisée. Nous y avons séjourné en famille à 5, et nous avons eu nos aises sans problèmes. Toutefois sur les 4 WC il y en que 2 qui fonctionnent sans problème. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y retournerons!

Nous avons visité l'appartement à 14h pour l'occuper le soir même.C'est un appartement spacieux disposant de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, la terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue imprenable sur le pain de sucre et le Corcovado. Très bon qualité/prix. Vous trouverez le métro à 5 min ainsi que toutes les commodités dans le quartier. Le propriétaire est très disponible et le personnel de l'immeuble très serviable .J'y séjournerai de nouveau sans souci.

"Mauvais fonctionnement de 2 toilettes, odeur permanente d''égouts dans l''appartement. Télé sans réception, matelas douteux. Belle terrasse mais entourée d''antennes GSM et dans l''axe d''atterrissage de l''aéroport donc 1 avion toutes les 10 minutes matin et soir. Sinon appartement propre."

"Cet appartement est très...

"Cet appartement est très bien situé pour une découverte de Rio, le métro est à environs 400m, l''immeuble n''est pas très jeune, mais sécurisé, gardiens 24/24, caméras à chaque étage et ascenseurs. 12 étages avec ascenseur plus un à pied. Quartiers vivant, mais sûr. Très spacieux, dans son jus, pas de rénovation récentes, quelques inconvénients, comme 3 des 4 wc qui marchent péniblement, clim dans chambre grand lit bruyante, mériterai des housses de protections sur les matelas et oreillers, et des draps en 100°coton, plutôt que synthétique (désagréable avec la chaleur et qui gratte). Un lave vaisselle serai aussi le bienvenu. Sinon c''est un excellent rapport qualité prix, les commentaires sur la terrasse sont tout à fait mérité, une vue de rêve, manque un peu de mobilier d''extérieur et parasol, surtout une petite table et 2 ou 4 chaises, sur la petite terrasse devant cuisine, top pour les petits dèj. Une dédicace particulière pour Mme P., en charge de nous accueillir et du ménage, c''est une véritable perle, d''une grande gentillesse, vraiment très sympa. Je conseille donc cet appartement, il n''est pas luxueux par ses équipements ni son confort, mais l''espace, les sdb dans chaque chambre, cette immense terrasse et les tarifs pratiqués par son propriétaire en font un très bon plan à Rio. j''y retournerai!!"

"Appartement, terrasse, extrêmement agréables, une vue sublime sur la plage de Botafogo, encadrée par le pain de sucre et le Corcovado ! Des commerçants charmants au bas de l''immeuble, et le bus (régal des enfants.. style manège !) et le métro à deux pas... Que demander de plus ? Surtout, allez écouter les Chorros, vous promener à Lapa, discuter avec les Cariocas. Et même si vous n''êtes pas croyants, profitez-en pour aller à la messe.. C''est autre chose qu''en France. Et je termine avec un mot pour le propriétaire : disponible et rassurant ! Bref, un régal !"

Un appartement très bien ...

Un appartement très bien situé, à proximité du métro, dans le quartier de Botafogo, avec une terrase offrant une vue extraodinaire sur le Corcovado et le pain de Sucre. Malheureusement, l'appartement est extrêmement vieillot, sale et mal entretenu... Mauvaise insonorisation et clim très bruyante, serviettes de toilette usées, trouées et en nombre insuffisant (pour 3 !). L'équipement ne permet pas de faire la cuisine et nous avons du manger dehors à tout les repas même au petit déjeuner ...(excellents jus de fruits en bas de l'immeuble !). L'acheminement de l'eau est tellement vetuste que nous sommes restés 3 jours sans eau !! Vraiment dommage car bien restauré, cet appart pourrait être une vraie merveille !

"très agréble appartement...

"très agréble appartement , situé dans le quartier de botafogo. Tès bon accueil de la personne qui vous reçoit. Vue et terrasse superbe. Le soir une caipirinha dans la main, a droite le Corcovado illuminé semble flotter seul dans la nuit, à gauche le pain de sucre. Que ce soit le matin ou le soir la vue vous enchante. Le metro à 5mn vous emmene soit dans le centro, soit vers les quartiers de Copacabana ou d''Ipanema. Que demander de plus pour visiter cette ville merveilleuse!"

"Les contacts avec le pro...

"Les contacts avec le propriétaire et l’accueil sur place ont été très sympathiques. L’appartement, très spacieux et très agréable, possède deux belles vues de jour comme de nuit ; de coté sur le pain de sucre et à l’arrière sur le Christ et le Cocovado. Situé au dernier étage avec une très agréable terrasse sur toit il n’est malgré tout pas à l’abri du tumulte incessant d’une circulation intensive, pensez à vos boules Quies pour la nuit. Une rénovation et un sérieux coup de propre seraient sans doute à recommander pour rendre cet appartement parfait: isolation phonique des fenêtres dans les chambres comme cela a été fait dans le salon, système d’aération à remettre en état dans la sdb sans fenêtre et dans l’ensemble de l’appartement dans lequel régnait une forte odeur de moisi à notre arrivée, remise en état des sanitaires (sur 4 annoncés seul 1 fonctionnait), revoir la propreté des placards et du matériel de cuisine. Hors mis ces quelques remarques l’ appartement est plaisant et vraiment très bien situé au cœur du Botafogo et des Cariocas, ce qui nous a permis de passer une excellente semaine à Rio. Adresse à conserver et à conseiller. "

"Je tenais absolument à l...

"Je tenais absolument à laisser une appréciation concernant cette location qui en était jusqu'à lors dépourvue...Je reviens de Rio ou j'ai passé une semaine fantastique, cet appartement fait, selon moi, parti des meilleurs offres parues. Le quartier de botafogo praia où il est situé est très vivant, mieux que copacabana ! et tout à côté ! avec des tas de commerces à proximité direct et pas cher ! En front de mer, il est situé au 13ème et dernier étage SANS VIS A VIS pour profiter pleinement du jaccuzzi en terrasse (SVP!). C'est un appartement on ne peut plus spacieux qui ne manque de rien et surtout pas d'espace ! grand séjour, immense cuisine, tout le nécéssaire pour au moins six personnes puisque trois chambres. la vue depuis la terrasse est extraordinaire, à vous couper le souffle ! le PAIN DE SUCRE en gros plan devant et le CORCOVADO (illuminé la nuit) de face derrière ! avec en paysage les bâtiments de la ville surplombés par les montagnes; Cet appartement est le plus beau de tout l'immeuble (le seul d'ailleurs à posséder une terrasse en duplex.); 4 ascenseurs vous y emmennent en un rien de temps, le bâtiment est gardé par des personnels très sympatique qui se relaient 24/24, on ne risque ABSOLUMENT rien ! la plage de botafogo est juste en descendant, Copacabana à 10 reais en taxi, 12 pour leblon et Ipanema; le centre et toutes les plages sont desservis par le métro qui se trouve à 150 mètres, le quartier de botafogo carbure le jour comme la nuit mais au 13ème étage le bruit est très atténué ! amateur de barbecue préparer les brochettes ! (barbecue,salon de jardin, lavabo, éclairage important (pour le soir), transat et le fameux jacuzzi qui fonctionne parfaitement avec cette vue dont on ne peut se détacher...en bref, le TOP ! Spécial thanks à Mr C. qui s'occupe de la location qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à notre arrivée !, très discret et surtout très gentil et attentif à votre confort, vous passerez assurément de bonnes vacances à un prix LARGEMENT raisonable par rapport à la prestation proposée !"
