The rooms are wonderfully designed, furniture is modern, well-kept, but they are small. The Steph seriously needs training in customer service. It’s a check in the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, later when I requested a blanket I was told they are short staffed and couldn’t look for one, and when I asked for a receipt they said that they couldn’t provide one!

Good location. Good staff who spoke English. Nice facilities. Clean. However, there was a little black mold in the shower. That needs to be cleaned. I have an allergy to mold, and mold can kill people.

The hotel is super cute and chic everything a city girl from NYC would want. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful I never had a question that was not answered.. the hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the subway which is perfect if you are an explorer like myself I was able to find all the cool locations without paying the pricey excursion fees. The beach is just minutes away.. the hotel also provides towels, beach chairs and to my surprise bikes!! The location is perfect! Best Western plus copa really added something special to my amazing stay in Brazil I can't wait to return
Never reviewed a hotel before but stay in a lot, and also asset manage hotels. This hotel just opened for the Rio Olympics. We stayed for two nights. Rooms are tiny (think NYC), but everything is brand new and in great condition. Love the fact that it is right across from the metro, and only 2 blocks from Copacabana beach. Breakfast was great, and hotel staff was very helpful. Would stay there again.
