I want my money back the hotel was in entrance to the favela on Monday morning at 5 am the police and the swat broke in to the favela shooting guns I was so scared... I found roaches in my room big ones.....the WiFi don’t work they moved to a other room.....the lobby was so hot the ac don’t work so please refund my money thanks celso Ramirez

Bad experience

It was so bad because someone took money from my wallet, and I never received a explanation from the people in charge. My money? It never came back to me!!! The internet was terrible. It comes and goes frequently and you can not control it, The bathroom doors does not closed properly, I asked twice for someone to clean my room and it didn't happen. The light in the corridor works from time to time, and it was a so dark space to take elevators.

Very nice Hotel, for cheap traveler

Extremelly nice, and clean hotel. Very cheap in the full copacabana center, 1 block to the beach. More you can't ask. The building is next to a Favela, that is something negative, but if you know travel in the world, is not problem. Don't show luxury, dress simple, and respect the people, smille.

hello. only good thing about this hotel, is that is close to the beach front. reasons why I would not choose this hotel anyone else: 1) I had bedbugs bites all over my body, so cleanliness is out of the window 2) I had no WIFI. 3) I had to wait in the lobby for while before I got served.

Tudo horrível! Ao começar pela recepção. Atendente mal educado, hotel sujo, cortina do quarto caindo, ar condicionado muito barulhento(parecendo que ia cair as paredes de tanto que tremia, impossível ligar), chão do quarto estava grudando, foi mal limpado, café da manhã com poucas opções. Não recomendo para ninguém esse hotel.
