First of all there wasn’t one person on staff that spoke any English , which set us up for failure immediately. Outside of the construction in the lobby the place was beautiful pictures spot on , I loved it. They didn’t understand me nor i is why I just stayed shut but the maids arrived at 8:30-9 in the morning before we had even woke up everyday except checkout day. By default and being there so early not wanting to disturb us, the bathrooms were never cleaned and I had to wake up and go in the other room if I wanted my bed maid and cleaned.our WiFi passwords didn’t work so we had no WiFi in 1306 at all . Everyone who we knew to contact was notified but neglected which really made things worse. Thank got for the scam code posted on the wall by the elevator on 19 Flr , there we were able to connect for as long as we wanted to sit in sun. Please don’t let my experience discourage you in any way it’s a great place facial recognition to enter the building . The views from the rooftop are amazing, one side you have the favailas and the statue of Christ. It’s a great place. For my experience I feel is wasn’t worth what I paid at all. I feel my needs weren’t relevant or urgent enough to have been addressed acknowledged and or resolved. Honestly I feel I’m due a refund or atleast half my money back, fyi.
