The information about the hotel is not accurate. The hotel is very old. Very far from a 4 stars. No parking but they say they have a parking and charge you 15 Euro to park in the road in small places. If they would have said that they do not have a parking we would choose an other one. Breakfast very poor bad service and bad offer. No bacon. Staff impolite the manager left his car at the entrance so clients cannot enter. All the staff is not polite if you ask a towel they ask you 10 euro cash deposit (never seen in my life).The hotel is not beach front as in Rimini in the beach there are some baracks that block the view and the acess (unless you give them cash). For sure this hotel if rated now would not even get two stars.

Wonderful

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful reception. I arrived a little earlier than check-inn time was nicely taken care of and offered coffee. It has an extraordinarily view to the beach. The restaurant at fifth floor offers a fantastic breakfast buffet with a great variety of food and drinks. The view is amazing. From 19:00-21:00 they offer free drinks and antipasto. The hotel is located nearby the beach, no more than a 3min walk. Located among some nice restaurants too. I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel. The staff is very accommodating.

Great hotel in a good location

My son and I stayed at this hotel in June 2019 The hotel is in a good location, short walk from the beach and restaurants The staff are wonderful, assisting with any of our queries. One lovely lady in reception organized bikes for us which was a great way to get around the city The breakfast is served in a restaurant with a fabulous view of the beach. There was a lot of variety of both hot and cold foods. They also had a juice machine to make delicious fresh orange juice In the afternoon, the hotel offers free drinks and snacks which is a nice way to meet other guests staying at the hotel The room was a good size, clean and with a balcony view of the beach There is also a small swimming pool, great for a relaxing afternoon swim

The staff are all very welcoming and very helpful. Room are a bit dated . The hotel allows dogs which we didn’t know and heard a dog barking early one morning. We wouldn’t of chosen this hotel if we knew it allows dogs. Please be aware the beach isn’t free and the daily fees add up.

Great hotel for a stay in Rimini

Great location, close to the beach and right in the center of a wide range of restaurants and bars. Nice rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly. Only slight quibble was that the free wifi was slow and intermittent with all devices.

Great our of season stay for business

Very convenience of my particualr business trip, where being out of season, local restaurants are still open, serving very tasty food. Hotel is a former Holiday Inn, but with some improvements, better breakfast and bar. There's free, but limited, parking at the hotel if you hire a car for the drive down from Bologna, as I do. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a superior room on this trip, which benefited from a great new shower. There is also free wi-fi, but found this to be slower than my 4G connection, so didn't use. Was adequate for my laptop though. Downtown is only a 15 min drive and the beach just across the road. All in all, decent place to stay.
