Especially in the autumn, De Paradijsvogel is a wonderfully comfortable holiday villa, quietly situated on a small-scale park next to the Rijsterbos and within walking distance of the IJsselmeer where many kite surfers enjoy the shallow water and this windy period. De Paradijsvogel lives up to its name, a small paradise in a beautiful environment. The villa is energy neutral and equipped with 22 solar panels and a solar boiler.

The ground floor villa has a very spacious and luxurious bathroom with double shower, bath and large washbasin. The bathroom has plenty of bath towels, delicious bath and shower gel from Marie-Stella-Maris and a hairdryer. There is also a spacious separate toilet with an extra urinal.

A wide corridor leads to the spacious bedrooms (3 x 2 persons) with wonderful box-spring beds and down duvets. From the hallway you can walk straight to a nice separate terrace with a lovely lounge area. Especially in the morning it is wonderful to stay there in the sun.

The large kitchen is equipped with all conceivable appliances such as an induction hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, steam oven, a combi oven (oven/microwave), dishwasher and of course a refrigerator. The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, smart TV and sound system. The villa overlooks the garden and fields. From the room you can walk straight onto the lovely outdoor terrace, equipped with lounge sofas, a garden set, parasols and a Weber barbecue.

De Paradijsvogel is fully equipped and has its own double parking space.

In short: a wonderful base for peace, nature, sports, wind and kite surfing, swimming, walking, cycling, golf, culinary enjoyment and relaxing togetherness!
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with satellite channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers, free toiletries, and bathrobes.
