Eco-villa at the Slotermeer

This luxury villa, with its own private jetty in Balk, Friesland, is ideal for family holidays. The villa offers direct access to the Slotermeer lake in Friesland. The water villa features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV, and a large dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, and an additional separate bathroom. A wealth of luxury and privacy await.

Located in the Frisian Lake District, Balk is characterized by its historic center on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. Along the canal, you can enjoy extensive shopping or relax at one of the charming terraces. The unique villages along the Eleven Cities Tour route are also definitely worth a visit.

The open-plan kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. French doors in the living room provide easy access to the garden with a lovely waterside terrace.
