2,800 square foot, 5 bedroom, and 3 bathroom home on 2 acres with incredible views of the San Juan Gateway, a huge beautiful back yard, a shaded gazebo deck, and parking for up to three 16-foot trailers!
This split-level home offers two ample living spaces. On the second main floor, a cozy living room opens up to the panoramic views of the San Juan Gateway. Enjoy your morning hot beverage or evening libation and a grill-cooked meal on the wrap-around deck. The dining room is adjacent to the living room with seating for six guests. A sunroom is located off the kitchen on the West side of the deck, providing plenty of space for relaxation and enjoying the view in a warm, bright, enclosed setting.
The primary bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen and full-sized beds with a fully remodeled bathroom located just across the hallway.
Heading downstairs, you'll find a spacious family room with a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. An infrared sauna is located in the family room, perfect for a post-hike or ski-session sauna session. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full-sized bed. A full bathroom is located just around the corner at the bottom of the stairs.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs with a pet fee of $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). This home features a fenced dog yard, perfect for your furry friends.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
