This facility should not rent to travelers. Apparently it is housing for people in need, which is great, but there were police there when we arrived and we had small children. Apparently someone had died. The receptionist was very helpful in answering our questions and allowing us to cancel on site. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was not very clean either.

A perfectly nice room for the price, and having a full mini-kitchen a definite plus. Would have rated it 5 stars but a $55 per fee for one night is too high. (Only $5 for subsequent nights, but for the typical one-night stay, who cares?)

Our rooms were on the back side of the facility, and the Hwy was right behind it. They need to replace the windows with a noise control window. During our stay, it sounded as if the vehicles were driving through our room. Our room also smelled like fish. On the cabinet one of the doors was missing, the remote control did not have a cover over the batteries, the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied with the facility at all. Our first and last time staying at a Wood Spring facility.

The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5 minutes. Despite the water pressure, make sure you make it quick!

Walked into our room and there was pee and poop in the toilet and trash on the floor. The toilet also wasn’t able to be flushed. The front desk said there were no other available rooms for the night and said “sorry” but that’s it. So then we had to run around trying to find another hotel for the night and pay double what we anticipated. Absolutely disgusting and horrible experience

Floors were awful ! Sticking stuff and hair. The toilet wouldn’t flush my husband had to take the lid off and get it working again. And wow the backside is the hotel is noisy . Maybe some. Thick curtains would help. Also an in room coffee maker the coffee in the lobby is barely warm. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but def work on cleaning the floors and I’d request the opposite side of the hotel. Employee on duty was very nice and professional.
