This Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff working was excellent and were very friendly my whole stay. Something to note is you will need your key card to even get in the front door when you are first checking in they will have to buzz you in or there is a phone for you to call to the front. I overall enjoyed my stay and would revisit.

The room and bed was small, did not provide enough space for our luggage (only 3 suitcases) and the kitchenette was not equipped with any cookware, coffee maker, nor dishes. The location also was way out of Ashland and inconvenient for visiting folks in the town of Ashland. This place was not what we expected from the description on Expedia.

We couldn’t check in for almost an hour because no one was at the front desk at 4pm. The sheets on some of the pillows were dirty and the whole place smelled of cigarettes and weed even though they claim it’s non smoking. Definitely wouldn’t return.

Only towels in room was two large bath towel, two wash clothes and no hand towels. Also the tv had “no signal” so couldn’t watch anything. The one staff that was there tried to help but was useless. They still charged me full price for room. 😡😡😡
