Staff was super nice. Did not have any shampoo in room. No hair dryer or iron. They did get me a hair dryer once i asked about one. First room we were in had bad smell and wasn’t very clean. They did change our room. Also if you have a room on the side where interstate 95 is you will hear all that traffic. Also the hallways smell like marijuana.

Do not stay here if you want efficiency.

We arrived at 7:30 pm. There was nobody there to check in. Had to call from the Lobby, took 15/20 minutes before lady showed up. Got to our efficiency room with stove only not to have anything to use to cook or eat with. In the room note said they had for purchase, but they do not and the lady was very rude to my son. She called the room to let me know my son was rude. We had 4 adults but only enough towels for two people. The towels and wash clothes were stained. The beds had hair in them. Attempted to call front desk but nobody answered. And the WiFi could have only one device connected. Will never stay again.

Looks like they just renovated! Super clean! Super friendly!! Bed was comfortable but sqeaky, it was just on a metal frame! Would stay there again.

I did not know that you had to check in before 1030. I arrived at 1030 and could not get a room and was charged for it . It was not on website when I booked in a clear description that I had to check in by 10.This is ridiculous and will Never stay there again

No internet

The room and facility was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback to our stay was the internet access. We were unable to access the internet because of a problem with the log in procedure. We were given an 800 number to call for help but it seemed too cumbersome to bother. We did without internet access for our stay.

The staff was very nice and willing to accommodate us. But the rooms were dirty and the bed sheets were stained. The toilet paper had a half used roll on the spool when we cam into the room.

This place is good for truckers who just require a HOT AND A COT there is a mini kitchen bring everything yourself. not extra anything. the front desk closes at 10:30 or so and you are on your own the rest of the night and early morning. in other words no conveniences at all. the halls were not clean. The lobby was okay. But at least we didn't see bugs.
