Spacious comfortable and clean apartment

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys.

The apartment was very clean and had clear instructions for check in and check out. We didnt have any problems during our stay. The diner next door was delicious and the staff there were very friendly. My kids enjoyed the park across the street and the ice cream at the gas station. We enjoyed having them within walking distance as well. The small village was so quiet and took a little while for us to get used to, as we are accustomed to a much larger population, but the scenery around the village was beautiful.

Outside setting wasn’t good. Bugs inside the bathroom. Ants near the sink. Advertised with AC but 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have window units and are too hot to sleep in. Shower was tiny and leaking all over. Unfortunately, would not return.
