Trout Brook Unit # 3. 1 of 3 waterfront units. New Renovation. Located on the northern shore of Canadarago Lake with an amazing panoramic water view, each unit is a private unit with a private entrance.

Unit 3 has a very efficient floor plan; a great choice for a family 3 - 4. This unit is on the first floor. Unit # 3 is a great spot for a family who doesn't need much room to spread out, but wants the beauty and fun of the water.

Trout Brook is is an ideal choice for the discerning traveler. The tasteful, upscale décor in Unit 3 includes granite counter tops and contemporary furnishings, and tile floors.

Your host includes 4 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards which the units share. The fishing is great right off the private Trout Brook dock. Enjoy campfires around the fire pit at lakeside.

Trout Brook is an ideal choice for families who wish to be near each other, but still have private lodging in the 3 separate units.

Fantastic Cooperstown Getaway

This was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. We had a wonderful time exploring the lake by kayak, the area, and watching baseball at Cooperstown.

Short weekend stay
