The capacity of the whole house is 13 people because the two apartments can function as a unit being in the same building.

The rural house is located in the old neighborhood of Pobes, 15 minutes from Vitoria Gasteiz, 40 minutes from Bilbao and less than half an hour from the Rioja wineries. Exceptional views

Een mooi groot huis met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Een aantal deuren klemmen op de grond en gaan niet helemaal open, het duurt wel 10 minuten voordat er warmwater in de badkamer is, verder een fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht.

Fantástica casa rural, y su propietario amabilísimo y hospitalario

Es una gran casa rural, muy bien comunicada con todo el País Vasco y La Rioja. Casa grande y acogedora, con todo lo necesario y mobiliario nuevo. Bonita decoración. Está en Pobes, una aldea pequeña y tranquila, que nos sirvió de punto de partida para todo lo que quisimos visitar en Euskadi, La Rioja, etc. Joseba, su propietario, fue muy amable y servicial con nosotros, dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones y recomendaciones de sitios de interés para visitar. Muy interesantes Salto del Nervión y Valle Salado de Añana. Muy recomendable y nosotros, cuando volvamos por la zona, no dudaremos en quedarnos en Elai Etxea.

Nos hemos alojado durante seis noches en el apartamento Baias. Realmente precioso. Las vistas son estupendas y vienen realzadas por los numerosos ventanales que tiene el apartamento. Las fotos no lo hacen justicia ya que parece más pequeño y poco luminoso de lo que es. Es un apartamento tipo loft muy amplio con un derroche de luz natural. Está bien equipado y nos lo encontramos muy limpio y con una decoración mimada. Joseba se esmeró en todo desde antes de reservar el alojamiento hasta el último momento. Nos recomendó excursiones y atendió a todas nuestras dudas. El pueblo de Pobes es muy agradable y tranquilo. Ideal para disfrutar del descanso por las noches y de buenas excursiones durante el día.

Apartamento y entorno acogedor

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Nosotros nos instalamos en el apartamento baía, que corresponde a la buhardilla. Tiene una capacidad para cuatro personas, aunque era muy grande! Una cama de matrimonio, un salón, una cocina, un baño y una pequeña habitación para los niños con dos camas. Las vistas desde nuestro apartamento eran preciosas. La casa se encuentra ubicado en un pequeño pueblo que cuenta con todos los recursos necesarios e incluso una piscina municipal a pocos metros de la estancia, que tuvimos la suerte de poder visitar ya que nos hizo días de sol y calor para bañarnos. El entorno es muy tranquilo y la temperatura ideal. Muy bien comunicado por carreteras para poder conocer el País Vasco desde aquí. Joseba, el propietario, muy agradable y atento y siempre dispuesto a indicarnos lugares para conocer. Recomiendo completamente esta estancia.

Enclave tranquilo y muy bien comunicado

La casa está en un enclave perfecto y con muy buena comunicación con todo el País Vasco y La Rioja. Nosotros fuimos en familia para visitar San Sebastián, Bilbao, Vitoria y Logroño, además de otros pueblecitos como Laguardia, Getaria, etc. También nos guiamos por las recomendaciones de Joseba, el dueño, y visitamos las salinas de Añana (adjuntamos fotos). Nosotros estuvimos en la planta baja de la casa, un apartamento muy grande, con cuatro dormitorios, dos baños, un salón, una cocina muy amplia con comedor y un gran hall de entrada. Además, tenía una terraza muy grande con unas vistas preciosas al valle, donde podíamos comer y jugar con los niños. El pueblecito es muy pequeño y tranquilo. Tiene un consultorio médico, una tienda pequeña de alimentación que abre sólo por la mañana y un par de bares. Entre diario pasa una camioneta para abastecer de verduras y carne. En cualquier caso, Vitoria está a 15 minutos en coche para cualquier otra necesidad. Joseba siempre ha estado muy atento a todas nuestras necesidades y ha hecho que nuestra estancia en esta casa haya sido muy agradable. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar.
