We stayed at this hotel for one night on one of the hottest day of the summer. Whilst there is no air conditioning, the staff had put a fan in each room which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is very well place in the centre of the town. It has a car park and a sitting area at the back. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially as my mum forgot some clothes which they immediately sent to her by post.
Excellent hotel - well situated - room clean and modern, the shower was a little on the small side but ok. Good service - we could keep our bikes in a safe place. The reception was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. Nice place to stay.
Nice little hotel for a weekend at ribeauville. Clean rooms, good service, nice & uncomplicated people. Breakfast is also good! possibility to visit ribeauville, restaurants, wine tasting and ohter without using the car!
Lovely, very large, older-style rooms and large comfortable beds; beautifully clean rooms with fresh towels daily. Our room faced the fountain in the square; delightful! Great breakfast with wonderful croissants, (note some of the best during our 2-week stay in France) arriving to the buffet warm and crispy. Staff were helpful and polite. Unfortunately we did not organise parking when booking and had to use the public parking with a parking disc. This proved NOT to be a problem as we were travelling around during the day and the parking was close by and free after 7pm.
We brought our friends here to visit the Alsace region and this hotel was the perfect location for us. We only stayed one night, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. We arrived a bit later in the evening, but they stayed up and were very helpful.
Nice, cosy hotel, very well located: in the city center, nearby restaurants. The village is in the middle of the wineyards, bellow 2 castles. Room was comfortable with traditional furniture, but modern bathroom. I did not have time to test the SPA, though. Staff was friendly It is really worth stopping here, while visiting the "route des vins". It might be crowed in winter time for the medieval Christmas market, or during summer vacations
Right on the main square. Ribeauville is a great place as a base for the region. Less touristy than Riquewhir a few miles down the road. The hotel's only negatives : no AC like most similar places, expensive breakfast. Opt to breakfast across the street. Parking is possible on the square. We arrived late evening and left around nine the next morning, so only had to pay for 1 hour's parking. Dining : do not let Brasserie de la Poste's poor TA ranking put you off. We ate there. It was delicious! Veal and sirloin dishes in fabulous sauces. No idea why it ranks so poorly. Had we known the ranking, we would have passed it by. Best part of our visit to
Great location of hotel in the not so well known town of Ribeauville (at least not by me) I do plan to return and hopefully have a few days to explore this charming little town. A must place to visit if you are in this part of France!
How can you describe near perfection? The staff was super and the hotel rooms were quaint and comfortable. Facilities at the spa were great for end of the day relaxing. We highly recommend this town and this hotel for your next trip.
Hotel de la Tour is centrally located in La Place de la Mairie, easy to access with parking nearby. The hotel has been beautiful renovated and it is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is classic European, with coffee, tea, juice, bread and pastries, muesli, dried and fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, and eggs on request. The spa area has a sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and several exercise machines for guests. It was a treat to wake up Saturday morning to find the Saturday Market in full swing, with fruits, vegetables, flowers, cheeses, charcuterie, sweets and gift items. The Tuesday evening Bio (Organic) Farm market is also held in the same location. Our room was a generous size for Europe, with twin beds. It overlooked the square, but with the windows closed, it was very quiet. The staff were all outstandingly friendly and helpful.
