The hotel is excellent. The rooms are very well furnished, and the view on the mountain is fantastic. The spa and the pool facilities are excellent, and one of the pools cold, which is a great idea for the hot summer days. The food at the various restaurants is delicious. We were there in the mid of the summer, during the jazz festival, when the hotel was full, however everything was very well organised and managed and we did not feel that the hotel was full. A drink in the evening at the terrasse is a must.
Wonderful hotel, top quality under different points of view: I had a luxury room with beautiful view on mountains, amazing SPA, special restaurants and a piano bar, professional staff and breakfast of high level. At the reception there is a special place with steps dedicated to kids check-in ;-)
A very nice hotel with exceptional service, rooms and perfect location. It is located right next to the cable car station that takes you to the top of the hill. We were very impressed with the washroom in the room. Everything works and was in mint condition. Spotlessly clean, staff are very staff. The hotel is very well heated everywhere. Very generous spread of breakfast. Highly recommended. We will come back for more.
Frankly the service there is the best in Bulgaria. The staff is great and perfectly trained. Our room was a Delux style with a mountain view, very inspiring and cozy. The breakfast is amazing - a luxury buffet with a great variety of fruits, cereal, meats, fish, bread, fresh juice, cheese, sweets, traditional Bulgarian meals and even a kids corner (with not healthy stuff though). The SPA area is lovely and not crowded, at least in September. But you showed mind that the area is allowed for kids only for 2 hours! We didn't enjoyed that part because there's no a kids' pool inside and kids get bored and annoyed to stay only the jacuzzi. The kids area in the hotel is just a small room. They accept kids under 3 years old but you should pay for this service. The lady there is very nice and caring, and knows the names of all her guests. As a parent I don't approve the TV there. There's much more things to do then just staring a TV. Regarding the restaurants in the hotel I can't comment, we haven't visited them. Check the prices in advance. The lift to the mountain (the gondola) is on 5 min walking from the hotel. Close by are some shops and other restaurants. We'll come back in this hotel and highly recommend to visit even off season.
this hotel is probably the best in Bansko. The rooms were spacious & the hotel is next to the gondola station. The breakfast was fantastic with more than the usual array of choices. The spa here was amazing with even a fridgedarium & three steam rooms
Great location in the resort, next to the gondola lift station and with amazing mountain view (not all rooms though). Well organized and set Spa centre offering virtually everything you may wish as procedure/ facility. Coziness from all around the public zones. They claim the breakfast served is lavish. Well it was! But the difference from other classy locations (especially in Bulgaria) is coming from the service level. It is what makes Kempinski Grand Arena my favorite place for family vacations or just long weekends - 160 km from capital Sofia - they take care of you from the car key drop at the entrance up to the very departure back home. Very kids friendly too, among everything else. The staff is trained, smiling and helpful, willing to make your comfort full. See them back soon!
Location, food,Big rooms, good wi-fi... everything is perfect. Will be back soon.Me and my wife had an aniversary, and we got a cake, complimentys from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull,no complaints.
Recently stay here, had warned welcome by the GM politely and friendly. The receptionist (Mr. Anthon) are very friendly and smiley, he seems very proud & confident of what he done to keep guest happy. Friendly, polite, genuine and care are the most important things to make guest/people feelings welcome and comfortable to stay at the hotel and these hotel over it, well done. The housekeeping were did a great job by keep the room cleaning by done 2 times make up the room to make sure tidy and clean and fresh, well done. The breakfast are delicious and plenty of choices. Nyummy!!! The minus part is the Fitness centre were look too tired and the equipment need to be fix or change with the new one. :-) Overall everything were fantastic! :-) Will highly recommend it to friends and others people. Cheers Yakob
We stayed in the hotel for three nights and really enjoyed our experience. The room was spacious with magnificent mountain view.Breakfast could not be any better they have even breakfast corner for the kids.Spa is good but during the weekend is overcrowded.
Great hotel with perfect building, facilities and location. Ideal for me and my child - he can wander around as it is interesting and safe for him. The swimming pools were ideal for us to swim and relax. The staff is friendly and helping. Perfect food variety and quality. Overall very good value for the money.
