Stayed here for 10 nights in September 2018. As other reviews had mentioned that the transfer time could be very long I did book private taxi transfers which took approx 50 minutes but when speaking to others on the same flight who had the coach transfer it only took them 1 hour 20 mins. This was the first time that my partner and I have been abroad in 16 years and from the minute we walked into reception the hotel had the wow factor. We were checked in swiftly and taken in a golf buggy to our room. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a sea view which was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard with fresh bedding and towels daily. Also on arrival as it was my partners birthday the next day there was a birthday cake in the fridge. A nice little touch. The toiletries in the bathroom were also very good, all made from olives, what else would you expect in Rhodes. The shampoo and conditioner did not disagree with my hair which can become very dry when away but this was not an issue this time. The toiletries also meant that we were not lugging bottles of toiletries in our luggage which helped massively when keeping the weight down. The medallion restaurant was great, we are both very picky eaters and found something to eat every morning and evening and the food did not get repetitive, even at breakfast as plenty to choose from so you can have something different all the time. The theme nights are also a nice touch as do break it up a little. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and eager to please. Although it is run like a very tight ship I never saw the restaurant manager being rude to anyone, staff or guests and he was happy to help his staff clear their tables during the busy periods. The bar staff are also great and never too much of a queue to get a drink. The drinks are sweet but we just started going through the soft drinks until we found one that wasn't like syrup. I'm sure if you try you will find one you like. The wine at dinner was also good. My partner liked the beer and when we asked why it was only served in half pints it was due to the heat and very few people were finishing a pint before it became too warm and as such the hotel have decided to serve in half pints to reduce the wastage. If you ask for a reason you will usually get a logical answer. We went to the beach every morning after breakfast and although pebbly was not too much of a mission to walk on as long as you have something on your feet. There were always plenty of sunbeds and the sea was also very pleasant. We stopped at the beach bar on the way back from the beach between 2pm and 3pm daily to get something snacky to eat and a drink. Again a large choice of food and the strawberry slush drink was to die for after laying in the hot sun for a few hours. The moonlight restaurant is also very good and the service again was brilliant. As we were made aware that we would have to pay for our drinks we did splash out on an expensive bottle of wine as a treat which was also well worth the money. I had a full body massage in the spa which was amazing, I felt very comfortable while this was completed and could have very easily fell asleep during the process. We went into Lindos on the local bus a couple of times for a change of scenery, although there is not much to do in Kiotari we did venture to the shops up the road, turn right when you walk out of the hotel entrance. When walking up the road there is the first row of shops which has the supermarket and if you go a bit further up the road and round the bend there are some further shops which were ideal for buying gifts for people back home. I was concerned when I booked this hotel originally as my partner is not one for sitting down and relaxing, he tends to be on the go all the time but he thoroughly enjoyed himself and just laying around for the 10 night stay, so much so he said he was in for a shock when we got back home and life returned to normal. All in all I am unable to fault anything about this hotel and have now booked to go back in September 2020. Am leaving it for this year as want to have a private pool room so need to save the extra money.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week last summer and it was the best holiday we've ever had. The rooms are pristine, the staff are friendly and provide amazing service, and the entertainment team are fantastic. Samir, a waiter in the main restaurant was a perfect gentleman every single night. The pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds both there and on the beach. I thought the food was delicious and I'm such a fussy eater and a vegetarian. My boyfriend really enjoyed his massage in the spa too. The only thing that really lets it down a little is the location as there isn't much to do, but with so much going on inside the hotel, you won't want to leave. We're really looking forward to returning this summer.

Room was lovely Bed was a bit small for me but I am 7ft tall haha! Pool was huge Bath could fit 3 people so was ideal Staff pissed on me multiple times. Overall a perfect holiday and I wouldn't have changed a thing

We stayed in the Princess Andrianna in October and had a wonderful stay. We chose a room with private pool and we absolutely loved it. The room was beautiful. The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so friendly. Everyone went out their way to talk to us and our children. We loved the choice of food on offer and could not fault a thing. There was so much choice and you really would not starve. We also had one meal in the Moonlight restaurant and can only describe this as amazing. Food was delicious. We actually got married during our holiday and the hotel left a bottle of champagne and a cake in our room for our return. Nice gestures and very much appreciated. Our children loved the main pool and beach area. The kids mini disco was also great and our children enjoyed this a lot. Evening entertainment was also very good. We cannot fault our stay here and we have already booked to come back next year. We love how easy it is to get to other villages and the Greek people are so friendly. This is what makes Rhodes our favourite holiday destination.

We have been there in oktobar 2015. Hotel is great,I have two complaints. Eater in private pool which our room had was very cold and also you are not allowed to use pool in the evening or night...the rest was great!

Amazing! The place was just beyond expectations! The staff lovely! Lots of things to do. The food delicious! Can’t recommend enough! We came to the hotel after 12pm and we found some drinks and nicely made sandwiches in the fridge. That was really kind that they thought we’ll be hungry. Definitely coming back.

I had been to this hotel last year too, and we decided to visit again this year. It is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in Greece. The staff are always so polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights and had the best time. Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours on our way out so meant we got to the hotel at about 3oclock in the morning and we were due to arrive at about 22:00 in the evening. We were exhausted by the time we arrived at the hotel. The only bad part of the holiday was waiting to check into the hotel when we first arrived. There were only two staff members on the reception desk which meant check in was very very slow. However, once we had our room key a member of staff showed us up to our room and took our cases for us. As we arrived late the hotel staff had given us a couple of fresh rolls to eat which was a really nice gesture. We were always able to get loungers by the pool no matter what time we arrived. The pool area was always clean and tidy. The only thing we will say is to be very careful around the pool as the tiles get very slippery when wet. The food and drink at the hotel was brilliant. As my partner is a very fussy eater he was slightly worried if he would eat anything there. This was not a problem as there was so much choice in the restaurant and he really enjoyed the food at the hotel. The food was always different every night so it was not at all repetitive. The entertainment at the hotel was brilliant. As I had been to the hotel last year I had an idea of what to expect and it was just as good as what I remembered. The animation team were so friendly and they would greet us every morning and really made us feel welcome. The room was cleaned and tidied everyday and the mini fridge re-stocked every other day with drinks. Overall we had a brilliant experience at the hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future!

First off the wait for the transfer was a little bit longer than we would have liked having three children at 9pm in the evening sat outside a airport in Greece for 45 minutes where everyone smokes was not great. Transfer it's self though no problem well driven felt safe and added to the holiday adventure. When we arrived at the hotel it was beautiful absolutely stunning outside and in. Reception staff fantastic even when my 8 year old son was playing up because he was tired. Taken to our room which was again gorgeous we had chosen the swim up pool and this again was amazing was used most days and made out holiday feel just that little bit more luxurious we are quite a private family so this was perfect. We where located right next to the kids club which was great for my middle son he made lots of friends and loved to go there rather that swim. So perfect location. Entertainment pretty funny but could be a little bit risky later on and for couples and families this could be slightly awkward so we chose not to bother with evening entertainment. We arrived on Wednesday and by Friday evening our baby 18 months started to burn up with a fever by sunday he had spots on his hands feet and torso come Monday the blisters where all round his mouth. Not being a doctor's or anything we told reception of the situation and asked for doctor to be sent out the next morning. This was done and the doctor told us yes it is hand foot and mouth disease he told us to keep him out of the pool not travel on buses and keep Peter away from other children he also said that this is quite normal this time of year in this country. So this led us being confined to the hotel room and going down for meals. We did not want this to spread and ruin other family holidays. No one from the hotel asked to speak to us we where just left in limbo really. Apparently this is a new law they don't discuss why the doctor has attended a hotel room for privacy reasons. I did however email the hotel manager Illas and upon his return he contacted me this was not until Friday and we left late Saturday he said he could use the room until we needed to check out which was a great relife and a very nice gesture. He also thinks that baby Peter would have contracted this illness before we came to princess Adrianna. Which with great respect maybe the case but there is no proof and it is a highly contagious illness and could have caught it anytime even on the flight. My family and I have asked the hotel to provide us with a holiday in the future and have been declined i thought it would have be a nice good will gesture since we were pretty much confined to our room and stuck to this to help prevent any other children getting sick and also causing worry to other guests. Moving on the drinks were nice especially in the lobby the ones by the pool not so nice and the moonlight resturant was really u Yummy we also watched the light show from the balcony which was fab and the standard of food that we are used to. The only problem with food came from the burger resturant the burgers were huge and put me off mince for life try the fish burger that was so much nicer the wedges where cold and the Italian resturant I had the pesto pasta and it was cold and poorly made... My partner had a chicken pasta dish which was lovely so I guess hit and miss and the pizza was lovely to. Over all we where delighted with the hotel from a materialistic point of view. From a customer service point of view there needs to be a much better system communication is lacking and they try to scare you off with legal sanctions instead of treating you with diganty and understanding. Would we go again. We would love to so I could write a very different review. Kind regards.

Came here with my husband on our honeymoon on 5th September for 2 weeks. We had the honeymoon suite with our own pool & it was lovely. Hotel & grounds were beautiful but a few things also let the hotel down. Drinks were awful & food was average, we spent a lot of the time outside the hotel or took drink to our room. The food & beverage manager was very abrupt & rude at times & treats staff terrible whistling at them to get there attention is rude & ignorant. Near the end of the holiday my husband had an accident (no fault of the hotel) so I rang reception to send a doctor & he was no help at all. I got in touch with Allyson the jet2 rep who was fantastic so lovely & caring & she sent the doctor they use & he was really good. My husband had to make a couple of trips to the hospital & spent the rest of the time in our room & during that time not 1 of the managers rang or came to the room to see if we needed anything or if he was ok loads of the other staff around the hotel would ask everyone I passed them how he was. It wasn’t until we were checking out (when the ambulance arrived & the hotel was full so we had to go elsewhere) the guest relations manager in the red dress says how’s your husband? Shame it took 3 days & an ambulance to pull up to ask, I felt management didn’t care. I wouldn’t return to this hotel but they do have some great staff who we had a great laugh with, all the reception staff were great, Thannasis & Thannasis at the pool bar, Manolis at the pool bar, Miheala at the pool bar, Kostas, Giannis & Heijder at the main reception bar Armondo room service & jet2 rep Allyson were our favourites & make this hotel.

I can’t thank this beautiful hotel enough for a wonderful 2 week stay, we had a wonderful holiday. The rooms are lovely and spacious and kept very clean with housekeeping visiting daily. The staff from the managers to the maids were wonderful they really can’t do enough for you. The food was wonderful with lots of options to choose room and a choice of 3 a la cart restaurants during your stay. Our 8 year son enjoyed the kids club daily and made some lovely friends. Big thank you to the animation team who entertained use every evening with different and hilarious shows, those guys work there butts off too entertain the guests and getting everyone involved in activities during the day from water polo to ping pong, the animation team made our holiday what it was. I would recommend hiring a car for a couple of days and heading into the nearby town Lindos which is simply beautiful. Already booked for another 2 week stay next year. This hotel has it all. Thank you Princess Andriana you were a delight.
