The hotel is of a good quality throughout rooms are of a good standard but it's strange that their is only one power point by the bed and Also no drawers in the bed side tables if staying for more than seven days you would struggle for room to put things. However aircon OK bathroom ok views very good swimming pool OK pool bar OK Out side restaurant OK for evening drinks and entertainment. Reception staff, waiters etc are friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK but evening meals not vet good also they run out of selections they should be monitored better and more selections to cover for UK guests. In general a good hotel but not a five star standard by any means.

We travel constantly for business and leisure we knew what to expect when we booked elysium back in February yet the resort exceeded our expectations by far, staff is friendly well trained and very professional they come across as sincere and proud of their job and hotel. Food is excellent taste and presentation . Attention to detail is all over the place for sure will be back and recommend to all my friends

I am currently sat at the airport waiting to return home 😢. My husband and I have stayed in several 5* hotels now and I have to say this is one of the best. The check in process went smoothly with a lovely welcome drink and wonderful friendly staff despite it being almost midnight when we arrived. As we'd missed dinner due to our late arrival we were given a voucher of €15 each to use to discount at another meal (we used this in Fresh for lunch today, our last day, a perfect ending to our holiday). The rooms are spacious, beautifully clean and we had a wonderful view from ours (1422). This gave us a view of the spa area and a side view of the sea. I could go on for ever but I think most of our praise goes not only on the building and facilities itself but also to the wonderful staff. We ate in Emerald, Noble and Fresh as well as drank and ate at the pool bar and the bar where the evening entertainment was held. A particular thank you to Manolis (for always making sure my glass was topped up) and Nikitas. We always chose their area to sit at dinner as they were fab! To be fair eating/dining/drinking was an absolute pleasure as staff go out of their way to treat their guests like royalty! We took a bus ride to the beach at Falaraki, the bus stops for each direction are directly outside the hotel (visit Colossus cocktail bar while there, it's another gem for 'people watching' it's in a fab spot). The evening entertainment was brilliant with some fantastic vocalists which we thoroughly enjoyed whilst overlooking the sea. A perfect spot. We enjoyed our morning walks up the slight hill to the spot overlooking the 3 beach areas, Thasos, Oasis and Nickolas. Just one downside is that the drinks are slightly overpriced but I suppose when expecting 5* facilities and service this is to be expected. Finally, a huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday special xx

Me and my boyfriend got back from this amazing hotel just a week ago - still cant get over how much we loved this place. Everything was perfect - from the reception to rooms and restaurants. This is a perfect place for couples no matter what age you are. The only thing - if you want to party and do crazy stuff - this is not for you, but we wanted to have a quiet and relaxing time alone, so it was perfect. Elite Club is a must! You get your own reception lounge where you can drink sparkling wine, juices and other drinks for free all day, and that is a very nice touch as you have to pay approx. 4 euros for a small cola bottle at the dinner, but at the lounge you can have as many of them as you please for free. The rooms and balconies are huge with a gorgeous view. Actually all the rooms are sea view - so you really cant get a bad view. Oh and not to mention that Elite members get to eat breakfast on the panoramic rooftop - breathtaking. Stuff members are extremely helpful - one day i felt sick and didnt make it to the breakfast, and as soon as the waiters found out, they sent some food to my room, and later that night that same lady (from elite breakfast, blonde hair, didnt catch her name, but she was just the best) came running to my boyfriend and asked him if I was okay, and if not, she will send food to our room. Food was great - we dined at Emerald restaurant all 7 nights and it was amazing. The variety of food was spectacular, so much to choose from. The system goes like this - you sit down (we always chose to sit where we can see the sea) and you are offered a menu with three main courses (usually there is a fish, meat and vegetarian food) If you want to order a main course, you can do it for no extra charge and then go to buffet where you can find everything you can imagine. And of course - the staff members are amazing, we were so sad to say goodbye. I forgot to mention - we had HB. The beach was super clean, the water was crystal clear and warm for the beginning of june. And the Almyra beach bar was perfect for refreshing drinks and for an evening entertainment - we went there when the encore rock band was playing and it was fantastic and very entertaining. The area is beautiful - very clean, elegant. The pool is big with plenty of sunbeds (although we prefered to sunbath on the beach - it is not that crowded) Pool was very clean and the water was pretty warm. You can get to Rodos town in 15 minutes by bus (it costs just 2.40 one way) And you can also get to Lindos by bus, but that we didnt do. We hired a car at the hotel - very easy. We got the car for one day (we got Audi a3 cabrio for 90 euros) And one day is just enough if you just want to see the main places. We went to Tsambika, Lindos where we walked around the shops and took a swim at the gorgeous sandy beach. Then we went to Prasonisi beach and went back along the west coast. There are a minimarket in the hotel where you can buy wine and other drinks at a reasonable price, sunscreen, snacks and much more. There is a spa which we didnt try. If you want to just relax and the pools and sauna, it costs 20 eur per person - not that bad. To sum everything up - out time and experience at Elysium was just perfect. We couldnt be happier that we chose this hotel. We hope to be back. Thank you!

Just returned from Greece last evening and stayed in Elysium for 5 days! It was such a great hotel, so nice to stay in! I will start with the crew - all so nice, welcoming and very much polite - always smiling and willing to help and provide any information we needed! The hotel is so clean - everywhere you go it is so clean with a great smell (very important). The food was delicious and so many choices - fresh orange juice in the morning, omelets, vegetables and fruits, different kind of cheese and other option in breakfast... And the deserts - so many it was hard to choose :-) similar was in dinner as well There is a huge swimming pool in the hotel & a private beach - clean and quite and beautiful. I will surely recommend the hotel to anyone I'll hear is traveling to this location - it was great! Thank you Elysium

Rooms: our room was located in the main building with wonderful view to sea. Rooms have comfortable size with space for additional bed for small child Noise: every evening is performance in beachbar and loud music can be heard in the rooms, but music ends between 10.30-11 pm. Beach: beach is directly next to the hotel. Sand is grey, close to the water small stones (1-2 cm), so shoes are recommended Food: very high selection. Service: very friedly staff. Children: for small children (our child was 2 years) enough, e.g. small playground, special swimming pool for children (Water 40 cm deep)

We have visited many hotels and must say for a beach holiday this has beaten them all by far. The hotel has thought of everything possible to keep every person at all ages happy and entertained, it has tennis, golf, huge pool, children pool, escape room, free parking, crazy view and most of all a relaxing environment. We came mid June and the hotel seemed to be pretty full yet wherever we went it was empty and quiet, there so many sofas lounges poolside beds beachside beds that however many people are staying in the hotel it feels empty. The service was outstanding especially since we brought with some of our own food that needed reheating they were very understanding and helpful with it. The rooms are large spacious clean and have a very nice view, everything looked new and very looked after. Basically this is a place I would definitely come back to if I ever come back to Rhodes and will absolutely will recommend to friends.

We booked this hotel through TUI as a charter vacation. After looking at different 5-star hotels we decided to go for Elysium Resort & Spa, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. We were 2 couples travelling together. In advance and based on advices here in Tripadvisor we sent a request to the hotel for having good rooms, and we were not disappointed. After many years in the travel industry we know that it is not easy to meet all requests and that things can change in short notice. However a great thanks to the hotel and Dimitris Garantis for our rooms. It could not have been more perfect. We did not get rooms beside each other, but above, but that was ok for us. However the view from the rooms, Stunning!!! The hotel has a lot of qualities. I will specially point out the level of service from all employees to the quality of the food, the beach chairs and also some of the entertainment that we managed to enjoy. The hotel had the perfect location for us. End of the beach, 10 minutes taxi to Rhodos old town and more. Sadly we did just have a week to spend this time. The cleaning of our rooms were perfect. I hope that management can pass on our compliment for their good work. They honestly deserve that. We had half board with breakfast and dinner included. The buffet had very good quality and variety of the food. The desserts were excellent. However the food is on its best when delivered with good service. Again we need to state our gratitude to Thasos, Kostas and Manolis for taking so good care of us through all our meals. Thasos is the perfect waiter that every restaurant needs, with his sense of humour (always a comment) and hard work. You see that he enjoy being at work. Kostas was the perfectionist. You could see that every time he passés a table doing something else he always had a look for if the guests he passed needed something or wine should be poured. Discrete but always there. Manolis was the trainee, but we clearly saw his potential. Always doing his best, very polite and service minded. Together they were a perfect team. Thanks for taking so good care for us. Finally we also need to say thanks to the reception. Always smiling and helpful. Again we really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the hotel. A perfect place for the perfect vacation. It is not often that you find a hotel that are so into the details in a nice way.

Thank you all at the Elysium Resort & Spa for giving us the best greek hotel experience. With some other greek experiences this turned out to be a really great place to stay. The room was super with a great view, the services was very good, the food - and the drinks - was excellent, the beach was good and the pool area just heaven. Other places around Greece should look to Elysium Resort & Spa and set the new standard for everyones favourite holiday destination. This is giving the nation of Greece a big jump - and hope - in the future! But tell the greek government to build a better airport - get some EU money back...
