Could not fault this resort in any way, really pleasant with excellent views, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, especially the spa staff.
Luxury and peace and quiet comes as standard. Those with a private pool hardly need to venture outside their room except for a relaxing massage and to gorge on the wide array of foods available at breakfast and dinner. Staff at all levels say hello, usually with a big smile, whenever you meet them on your travels. The magic ingredient in all this is Katerina, the Operations Manager, whose attention to detail ensures the whole complex runs like clockwork although I am sure a huge amount of effort goes on behind the scenes. She is ably assisted by others such as Albina & Rania who guide you to your table each morning and night. Booking direct with the hotel can save you money and bookings of 7 days and over will get you a private cab from the airport rather than sharing transport that can double the journey time to nearer 3 hours. We went for our Wedding Anniversary and on the due date, Katerina arranged for a cake and a bottle of champagne - perhaps best not to count the calories as you relax in your pool! We have not found another hotel to match this one for total indulgence - the sun beds are really superb. Perhaps the only thing Katerina can’t control is the weather, it can be quite windy at times, but I’m sure she is working on that!
We have had an amazing week here for our honeymoon. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly on check in and taken to our room by golf buggy. Katerina, the operations manager, made our stay. She has been so thoughtful and generous in treating us well and ensuring we have the best of stays. We received a welcome basket of fruit and bottle of bubbly in our room on arrival, and a talented artist had decorated the bed with rose petals and towel swans ... it was a shame to dismantle it! We loved having our own private pool. Katerina had selected us a room that was discreetly set to the side of the hotel but easily accessible from the restaurant and spa. So thoughtful! We were full board so took our meals in the main restaurant- the buffet was different every day so there was no chance of getting bored! The food was fresh, hot, and beautiful. It wasn’t just run of the mill chicken and rice but there were all types of fish and meats ... anything you could wish for. My husband was delighted to see mussels there on our last night! We hired a car from the company that have a desk in reception - this was great value and enabled us to explore a little of the island at our own pace. Thank you so so so much! We have had the best of times with you!
Beautiful location, fantastic food, but the holiday was made by the very friendly , extremely hard working staff in all locations , who just went above and beyond all the time.Thank you to all the staff
Had the most wonderful stay at Atrium Prestige. Together with a friend, we visited the hotel in October. We had visited Rhodes in the past and stayed at different hotels, but never again had we been greeted with such heartwarming smiles upon arrival! Since day one, the staff was lovely with us, helped us with our luggage, gave us advice regarding the restaurants, the pools, the room and everything else we asked for. The room was incredible, everything was perfectly clean and in order. Fresh fruit and sparkling wine were expecting us on the table once we entered, a very generous touch! We were expecting mildly cold weather in Rhodes since it was October but we couldn’t be more wrong. The temperature was wonderful, the sea-water was crystal clear and we spent most of our days swimming and relaxing by the beach. Enjoyed the quality food and would highly recommend eating at Thalassa, the seafood restaurant of the hotel, located next to the sea. We enjoyed a night of delicious, fresh seafood accompanied by relaxing music and the sound of the waves. Overall, stunning location, beautiful hotel, delicious food, professional and friendly personnel. Could not have asked for anything else! We will certainly be returning next year!
The Atrium Spa Resort is a lovely hotel in a beautiful spot - away from the hustle and bustle but still in easy distance from Lindos and other spots to visit. The hotel itself is spacious and directly on the beach - a major plus! To be able to leave your room and walk down to the beach for either a stroll, a run or just for some sun is simply bliss. The room was spacious and room service spot on. Food was plentiful - including a lot of fruit and muesli for breakfast (which can be a bit scarce sometimes, but definitely not here!) and came with different theme nights as well. The a la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit! (One minor aspect that definitely needs looking into is the breakfast for early flights though - there was next to nothing provided which seemed a bit substandard for a hotel at this level....) The beach is very well kept and with enough lounges to accommodate the guests as are the different pools. The spa area includes the gym as well as the wellness area. It is only open until around 8 pm which is a bit sad as an evening wellness session would have been lovely. The gym area is spacious and well kept - the crosstrainers and treadmills could do with an update. PT can be booked as well. Yoga was advertised (and one of the reasons I chose this place) but not available which was disappointing as no replacement or other option was offered at all. The Spa area is just great - sauna, hamam and salt water pool all available as well as different wellness treatments. All in all - a very good option to stay on the beach to chill out and be pampered in Rhodes.
Belated review having been so busy since our return from this heavenly hotel! This was our second visit and once again we treated with absolutely excellent, friendly service by all staff. The Operations Manager, Katerina, is the most visible person as part of the hotel management which we have ever come across. Every day she can be seen talking too guests checking everything is okay and whether there is anything else she and her team can do to make your stay better. Nothing is too much trouble and she sorted out an amazing room for us again this year with private pool. The tranquil setting away from towns and villages is sublime and from the time we arrived with a welcome glass of Prosecco to the time we left we were treated so well. We love the place so much we didn't bother to visit anywhere else during our stay apart from on one day. The a la carte restaurants are fantastic and the staff so attentive . The Spa treatments are the best my wife and I have had ever and we have visited a number of hotels in many places. It is just a world away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. We will I am sure be returning again to this luxurious hotel! Thankyou.
Visited this hotel in 2015 for the first time, so glad we were visiting the Prestige again for a second time! So many things have changed since last time. We noticed some differences in the decoration and lighting of the hotel, with the latter really enhancing the experience at night while having a romantic walk at night with my loved one :) Almost every day we woke up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise. What a VIEW!! We’ve taken so many beautiful photos, every corner of the hotel is just PERFECT We were glad to see our friends Ivan, Voula in the main bar and Yani in the restaurant!! Efharisto Poli!!! We also met Stelios the beach bar barman who was such a cool guy too and made some great cocktails for us. This time we got a room with private pool and stayed for 11 days, as we wanted to chill and also have some fun windsurfing in Prasonisi. One day, we decided to rent a car and go to Rodos city and try windsurfing there, close to the other Atrium hotel, the platinum. We actually had stayed in the Platinum in the past so we knew the area pretty well. The staff in the reception of Prestige told us that there was a new service this year where we could use our half board package and have lunch in Platinum and use the hotel like a regular guest, which was awesome. Also, we could use all the facilities of Platinum despite being guests at the Prestige. This was something really cool and we only realized that 1 day before departure . Had we known that earlier, we would have rented a car earlier and visited the other Atrium hotels too... Overall, it was a lovely holiday and we look so much forward to visiting again. In fact, we have just made a reservation for April 2019 last week! We are soo happy See you soon Prestige!!!
This was so nice hotel and area where we was! There was indoor pool and that was so nice place to go to swim our 2 year old one. That indoor pool was heated.Couple of days it was little cold weather. Also our room have amazing view and pool.Bed's are very good and pillows.Big thinks to all :) Staff was so great and friendly and it was end of the season but they was smiling and friendly still.First time there but not last!If you planning to find different part of Rodos,go there. We did and love it!
The exact meaning of the word Luxury can and will be find in that hotel. Wgere to begin from the welcome drink the friendliness of the staff breakfast dinner... everywhere you toushed luxury was there. We were given a room with private pool and even though we live the beach in Lachania we just visited the sea fron only once in the 4 days we stayed there, An excellent place
