Stayed here for a week, had few power cuts(poss what blew the bulb in the bathroom ) intermittent WiFi,woke up one night so hot ,phoned reception middle of the night to say air con was off, receptionist said they turned of because hadn't paid for the air con which on booking was agreed would be paid for on departure..on departure reception seemed over whelmed with just a few guests trying to check out. Food in canteen was ok same almost everyday though ,nice lady working in the canteen and the resturant who worked long hours and the cleaners did a very good job.Overall nothing special about this very average or below average hotel, location is good.

Firstly let me start by saying I'm not a picky traveller. I've been on my fair share of lads holidays with dirty sheets and all sorts and never kicked up a fuss because it was cheap. I expected a bit better than that with this hotel as a couple's break and in fairness the room and hotel was spotless. The location, appearance, price etc were 10/10. What let this hotel down is the absolute basic requirements: electricity, hot water, air conditioning. When we arrived at around 2am the power had gone out by the same morning (when we woke up sweating). By evening the electricity and hot water had come back but the ac remained broken leaving us constantly dripping wet in 33c heat. Throughout the week we had less protracted power cuts, with some lasting just a few seconds in length, but they were happening sometimes as often as once every 10 minutes! This meant that the hotel would constantly plunge into darkness at unpredictable moments. Far more annoying than this, every time the power cut out the AC would reset and not automatically turn back on when the power came back. My view of the hotel was soured even further by the rude lying woman on reception who when we complained about the situation tried to pretend she didn't know anything about it and suggested we were lying about it happening, even though the whole hotel was without power and scorching hot. I pointed out that we had to walk down the stairs to talk to her because the lift was without power, so obviously it was the whole hotel, when suddenly her once perfect English dissolved into incomprehensible Greek gibberish. Overall, I found the staff to be dismissive and liars. I asked if the hotel would be willing to cover our €7 city tax charge as a show of old faith (an entirely reasonable request since €7 is a tiny fraction of what I paid for the hotel) and once again it was met with a rude dismissive "NO". Unless you want to deal with the most arrogant staff I've ever witnessed, and put up with 3rd world utility conditions, I suggest you AVOID this hotel like the plague. It ruined our holiday.

If all you need is an impeccably clean, recently renovated but basic room with a hard bed, shower, fridge, safe, tv and balcony, then the Atlantic City Hotel is for you. It’s no frills, but it’s also very inexpensive. No frills means that to store your bag, they want €5. It also costs extra to have your boarding pass printed, to use a/c or to use the in-room safe, among others. There’s no pool, and the walk to the old city is a bit longish in the hot Rhodian summer, but there’s a pedestrian mall close by, and lots of restaurants. The beach is a short walk away. I had a late evening flight out of Rhodes and needed a place where I could change clothes, take a shower and have a rest. The hotel was perfect for this and cost a mere €28.

We enjoyed a clean, comfortable, cozy room with a small balcony. The staff were helpful, accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was simply wonderful. We walked everywhere we needed to go. We felt safe.

Hi We got another comfortable stay at atlantis city hotel. Nice cosy room, neeta n clean hotel, excellent breakfast, perfact location. We just go out in a morning and came back late evening. We have visited many places surrounded.

Everything about the Atlantis City hotel was wonderful. The staff is really incredible and friendly and helpful with anything you ask. The location was great near car rentals, restaurants, shopping marts and only perhaps an eight minute walk to the fortified Old City. Also, only a few blocks from the beach. The breakfast was much more than usual in Europe with a changing menu each morning of different styles of eggs and fresh items. I would stay here again for certain.

This hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of good cafes, the harbour and the old town. Most of the staff are friendly. All I require when travelling is a good bed and a decent shower. However this place (room 207 in particular) has neither! The beds were hard, no extra blankets or pillows and for some reason the bedding was folded on the end of the bed each day and we had to finish making it each night. The bathroom is very small and badly designed. The shower base filled up with water, There is a ridge in the bathroom floor which is quite dangerous, especially for older travellers, and we had to remove the toilet roll so it didn't get wet while showering. (see photo's) There is no space at all for toiletries and the towels are very hard. There are stairs leading up to reception and no porter to help which may be an issue for some. The "book exchange" in the lobby is a great idea.

The location is great, the room was very clean and the food was very delicious. Great staff, friendly and English speakers. Our staying was amazing. Not many parking places in front of the hotel but still you can find one down the street, we had no problem finding a spot every night.

Very good hotel. The room, all the area near reception and restaurant was clean. Very kind staff - helpful receptionist, the cleaning lady, and specially a gentleman that was serving in the restaurant, he was so attentive and so frendly. Breakfast was very good also (english breakfast). I defiantly recommend this hotel for all the types of trips.

The Atlantis City Hotel was lovely, very clean and modern, very good location, only down side was you had to pay €30 for aircon! Most of the staff were very friendly, would definitely stay again! Would also recommend the bistro, 1 - 2 minute walk away and the staff are so lovely there, could not recommend enough!
