What can I say, the whole experience at this hotel has been nothing but 5* service, the pool is amazing and the food was beautiful, as for the staff here they have been so helpful with every aspect of our trip would definately return to this hotel based on this experience.
We stayed here for 7 nights . We requested a sea view room which overlooked the pool - lovely view . The room itself needed upgrading it was shabby - not what you would expect from 5 star. However this did not ruin our stay at all. We went during the quiet season and Easter weekend so facilities were not as they would be in the peak season e.g the pool bar service didn't serve food . But the service was good ! We were given sandwiches after we arrived on a late flight the girls in the bar area were brilliant . Breakfast was great - lots of choice . There was a queuefor breakfast due to the large families but the staff were eager to please. The pool areas were relaxing .the spa was lovely ! We played tennis one day which was fun . The hotel beach is windy - so if you sit near the rocks it shield you from the wind - perfect. Watersports are local and good to try . The receptionist gasve good recommendations for local Greek cuisine if you wanted to eat out . To go into Rhodes old town is 9 euros one way - great price and trustworthy taxi drivers . This hotel is a good distance from Rhodes town so you are out the hustle and bustle of a town . We did not have any meals at the hotel as part from the bar snacks. But that is only because we like to venture out . All in all a good stay . Thank you :)
We stayed at this hotel for seven nights. It was this start of the season and so quiet around the hotel. However the hotel was immaculate and the staff were amazing. Particularly I have to commend Demitris and Evagellia who ran the restaurant side of things. I have to mention them for the way they treated my two little girls like absolute princesses for the entire week. As a dad on his own with his girls this made the holiday so much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This is the place to go for all your beauty needs. The entire atmosphere throughout the spa was serene, peaceful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and do a wonderful job. They all speak English. I highly recommend this place, is a tranquil haven to relax in,the massage was done really well and left me invigorated and refreshed. Good value for money and would definitely use again.
Nice hotel, big rooms, good service. Many pools indoor & outdoor, great view. many things were closed since season start on May only. At breakfast, I have asked for plain omelet with no meat for my child and they asked me for extra charge, I have asked to delay checkout for an hour and I was asked to pay extra 20 Euro. Shower stream was great.
It is a 1980s hotel that clearly had several upgrades. The room with the sea view are a must, and worth the money difference. There are few things as nice as seeing the sea from your windows. Service was good, clean, and ordered. We had dinner included, that was also good. Many people came at the same time, so sometimes we had to wait for the table.
Excellent hotel, room service every day beyond the expected, dining room is not like 5 stars in Israel but varied food, Lydia hostess cute and smiling, the location of the hotel is excellent 3 minutes from the city of Rhodes and exiting to southern Rhodes the dreamy city of Rhodes. The pools are small but there is a bar and very clean there I loved. My score is 9 - Something does not work in the memory between the reception and the maintenance team, which causes long waits for service. 2. 90 percent of Israelis at the hotel, I would expect to get a less variety mixed with crabs and pigs. Something clean. Like clean rice. Fish? We stayed for 3 nights, only fried fish in one night. 5 stars I would expect more. Overall, I will definitely return to the hotel soon, an excellent hotel that exceeded all expectations, and I hope that the defects will be corrected. We will definitely return to this hotel 04-04-18 #837
The hotel is great and the crew is very nice and kind. Espeacialy Lydia & Eva, the gorgeous staff in the dining room. The food is tatsty and diverse. The rooms are big and in the family suites there are 2 bathrooms.😊👍👍🌷
We want to recommend Vasilis Sakellaris , he is so kind and gentel.when ever you need something he is olways ther.we will come for sure again to this hotel because gentel like him.he made us to fill like we are at home in Israel.
Great service, excellent crew, they took care of everything we asked for and make sure we are very pleased. The food was amazing and reach every culture. There were very few minor problems, everything you asked for started with your room number which was quite annoying, the wifi was slow and disconnecting, the restaurant crew were struggling to work under pressure (mostly at night launch hours). But after all we are very satisfied and we will surely come back here multiple times. Special thanks to the hotel crew and Dimitris (the restaurant manager). Thank you from Ozeri family
