If you try this hotel, you will want to return!

Warm welcome from genuinely honest local family ran hotel. Caring and helpful in every way. Very clean apartments, great locally grown foods at breakfast. Quietly situated close to Falaraki center and beach. Highly recommended family holiday accommodation.

The hotel was perfect for us as we mainly swam sunbathed slept there! You've to pay for the air conditioning and if you sleep with the doors open at night you'll be eaten alive by mosquitos! The food there was lovely and the staff were so kind. The hotel is located in an excellent area very close to everything!

I stayed in this hotel at the late July. I would like to start my review mentioning the rudeness of the staff and especially the owner. We stayed for 5 nights and the only laugh we caught was when she apologized for the cold water due to the lack of more than one solar heating. We tried to have a bath at 9 o'clock and there was no warm water until the next day and the incredible excuse that was used from owner was that all costumers take their bath at the same time.. Secondly, in case you decide to stay at this hotel, be sure NOT to stay in the second floor. The rooms in this floor are like sauna even at night. And of course, if you need the Air condition, you must pay 8 euros per night. When we first arrived, the room was so hot that we cannot even stand in it. We went to the owner who replied to us as following "If you cannot stay without A/C, you can leave". And when we asked for the return of funds, she started shouting that she is not paid yet from this site and she does not want to provide anything more for a reservation for which she is paid only euro 6.5 per room instead of euro 30 that we paid. Generally, the hotel is in a nice spot but if you leave the window open at night, you will only here the cars as it is situated on the main road of Rhodes - Lindos. I do not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel due to the rudeness that they will face and the unwillingness of the owner to keep their costumer satisfied.

Hotel pulito...personale splendido...posizione giusta a1 km dal mare e dalla confusione....camera con aria condizionata extra(ma a basso costo) angolo cottura attrezzato per cucinarsi qualche pasto...WI FI buona (non in camera) Silenzio e tranquillità... Cambio biancheria e pulizia camera ogni giorno.... Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottima...consiglio nolleggiate un mezzo per girare l isola e ridurre la lieve distanza dal centro.... Consigliato a tutti per staccare la spina e riposarsi.... Non c'è la piscina ...ma questo aiuta a non perdersi l'isola e lo splendido mare che offre!!

Hotel non di molte pretese ma sicuramente con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! La signora sempre con il sorriso ci ha offerto i fichi del loro albero (cosa molto gradita!) leggermente fuori mano, adatto al relax ma a 5 minuti dal primo market e 10 dal centro della movida e 12 dalla prima spiaggia! Lo consiglio per vacanze faidate low-cost

Come a casa!

Personale fantastico, a pochi passi dal mare e da qualsiasi tipo di servizi (ristoranti, bar, supermercati e locali notturni), pulizie giornaliere e di nuovo da sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre con le giuste maniere. Consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per ogni altro tipo di gruppo.

Siamo stati qui la penultima settimana di luglio, il posto è molto tranquillo (lontano dal caos di Faliraki centro), camere essenziali, aria condizionata a pagamento extra (impossibile farne a meno), posizione ottima, ad un passo da tutto, consiglio di affittare una macchina vista la grandezza dell'isola!

Tutto bene in rapporto al prezzo pagato. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili alle nostre richieste. Unico neo le lenzuola macchiate che abbiamo trovato all'arrivo. Segnalato e prontamente sostituite. Ottima posizione tranquilla. L'angolo cottura è minimo per "pranzi" molto veloci.
