Lindos is located on the southeast coast of the island of Rhodes and is approximately 45 kilometres from the island's capital, Rhodes Town. Being positioned on the southeast coast of Rhodes will allow visitors to tour the whole island with ease, maximizing their sightseeing ability. A rental car is recommended in order to get the most out of your sightseeing time in Rhodes, but there is also an excellent public transportation system for those wishing to leave the driving to others.
