We selected this hotel mainly because of the name - Sheraton, knowing that you can't go wrong with this brand name. We were not wrong, Everything was as we expected. Not cheap, but this is Sheraton after all. Perfect location, very interesting layout of all facilities, several restaurants in the hotel gave us a lot of choice for food and yes the food was very good. 3 swimming pools, a little crowded, but that is expected in season when a lot of families come with small children. The beach was really nice and there was a food and drink service on the beach, very convenient. The staff was very helpful and always ready to make your stay very nice.If I had to find any negative things, only the WiFi wasn't working well in the room, but was very good everywhere else, so when you were relaxing by the pool or on the beach you could use your phone (WiFI), very cool. The hotel is located very close to the center of the Rhodes City, only 10 minutes taxi ride for about 10Euros.. We highly recommend this hotel.
We recently stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes Beach Resort. It was a family vacation and a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, functional and a great sea view. Staff were courteous and helpful! A big thank you to Andreas at the front desk! He arranged for some awesome tours and helped us make the best of our 5 days in Rhodes. Meals were fantastic! Dimitri, Niko and Irini were extremely hospitable and always did their best to sit our entire family together (10 of us!). They were patient with the kids and always gave a helping hand when they noticed we needed something ... anything! Best of all was Anastasia! She was the first person we met and her kindness, patience, and helpfulness was all I needed to witness to know we were at a hotel that truly cares about their guests. Thank you Anastasia, thank you Demetri and Andreas! Our vacation in Rhodes was outstanding and memorable because of you! Anastasia - good luck with your studies in hotel management and hospitality. Any hotel property or tourism beaureau will be lucky to have someone like you on their team! We will see you again!
