The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with single beds. The property features a large open plan living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. This unique place of natural beauty has fresh water springs, which end up in a small lake. You get to the lake walking through a narrow tunnel of 186m. The lake exists thanks to a dam built by the Italians, in order to provide the nearby Kolymbia with fresh water. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for walking.

Maison familiale avec piscine

Très jolie maison familiale, à l'étage; 2 grandes chambres et 1 moyenne, salle de bain (baignoire) et un lavabo, wc. Au rez; douche avec wc et lavabo, salon avec TV, salle à manger, cuisine avec table à manger, pas de lave-vaisselle, grille-pain neuf mais à changer (10 minutes pour griller un toast), une ou deux poêles seraient les bienvenues et aussi des linges de cuisine, produit vaisselle et savon mains. Fruits, eau, bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. La villa est sympa, l'extérieur est bien meublé, grill à bois, table avec 6 chaises, meuble lounge, 6 chaises longues avec 3 parasols, une piscine bien entretenue, coin d'herbe pour les enfants, place de parc devant la maison. La réservation s'est faite sans problème, très bonne communication avec le bailleur par mail et téléphone.Très bon rapport qualité prix! Merci pour tout!

Diese Villa hat uns überzeugt

Wir wollten noch einmal im Oktober das Sommergefühl genießen und sind auf Rhodos gelandet, weil Griechenland nicht als Risikogebiet eingestuft wurde. Was hätten wir verpasst, wenn es anders gekommen wäre! Rhodos ist wirklich wunderschön - wir haben viel gesehen, aber längst nicht "alles". Unbedingt möchten wir wiederkommen. Die berühmte griechische Gastfreundlichkeit konnte man überall spüren, in Restaurants, einfach überall. Auch die Villa hat uns überzeugt. Ein eigener Pool und ein schöner Garten mit Terrasse und Grill war eigentlich das wichtigste für uns und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Besonderes Highlight waren dann noch die Tischtennisplatte und der Billiardtisch - perfekt für unsere Töchter im Teeniealter. Das Haus war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, keine unnötige Deko und die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gab es ein Willkommenspräsent mit Wein und Keksen u.a. Wir sagen danke und kommen gerne wieder.
