Seaside villa - Gennadi
The residence is located in South-East Rhodes, about 3.5 km from the traditional settlement of Gennadi and 15 minutes from Lindos, right next to a quiet beach. The coastline/beach of Gennadi (nearby), one of the best of the island, has been touristically developed in a resort of Rhodes, within the last few years. The house featuring minimal Mediterranean architecture with frugal cubic volumes and pale colours in white-beige for the walls and cypress for the frames, fitting perfectly into the natural landscape. The garden has lime trees, olive trees, fig trees, quince trees, local plants, flowers, and a small vineyard. The current trees and plants, as well as the remaining still-unexploited extent of the garden, are available for cultivation.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
