Wow, this hotel is amazing. It has everything, from stylish finishes, brilliant pools, numerous bars and snack bars so you are never far away from your next drink! Kids pools is brilliant, and we often stayed up there for lunch as the souvlaki was delicious. No need for the early morning sun bed dash as we managed to get 5 together at any time of day, and the pools never felt overcrowded. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We never normally return to a hotel again, however this is an exception where I would definitely consider coming back to. Loved every minute of it.
We had a fantastic time at this resort, it is huge with loads of facilities, pools etc. The food was amazing, very good quality and massive selection plus the a la carte menus to choose from. The staff were all really friendly and couldn't do enough for us, too many individuals to list but we remembered Semis who was lovely. Thank you very much and we would definitely return and recommend
We have just returned from our holiday at Lindos Imperial. After booking a room with a private (small)pool, we were disappointed to find out that after mid-day, the pool and terrace area belonging to our room no longer has the sun. So it was pointless to have paid an extra £600 to have peace and quiet and extra privacy that could only be enjoyed in the morning. We spoke to reception and was informed that all rooms with pools are built facing the mountains and none have the sun in the afternoon. On a plus side the service we received from the poolside bar team was excellent, which compensated a little. The food served at the buffet dinner was repetitive and dull. Previously we have stayed at Lardos Village in Lindos, which for us wins hands down with service, food choice and accommodation. We will be returning to Lardos but unfortunately not Lindos Imperial.
Second time this year visiting this hotel, cannot fault it what so ever! Rooms, food, staff etc are spot on! Special mention to the waiter Semis! He has always looked after us, brought us drinks before ours ran out! Such a hard working Friendly guy! 👍 we will be back next year !
I didn't like this hotel so much. Support of reception guys was terrible. I never got satisfayed and full answers from them. Always i turned on "Don't disturb" light on my door, but always cleaners opened door and come to my room 😂.
My partner and I returned this month from a week long holiday staying at this hotel. What can I say, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff can not do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel grounds, pools, restaurants and rooms were spotless. We arrived on an evening flight transfer took approx. 1 hour, however on arrival we had an easy check in before hopping on a golf buggy and being taken to our room; x2 bottles of water, x2 sandwiches and a large bottle of wine had been left in our fridge free of charge. The room was just off from the relax pool, a bar only 15 feet away looking toward the sea. The next day we requested 1 double mattress as apposed to our two single mattresses on a double bed. We requested this in the morning and by the evening this had been done. We used the buffet restaurant a few times, I normally struggle abroad in a buffet restaurant as I can be a picky eater, however I found so much to eat in this restaurant. We also visited the Italian, Mexican and steak restaurant. The Italian was the best meal I have ever eaten, this was definitely our favorite. The Mexican, however advertised as tapas was in fact a restaurant menu but what we had was delicious. We were disappointed with the steak restaurant as there was only one steak on the menu, our meal was quite poor and we went to the buffet afterwards, this is the only fault that we found throughout the whole holiday. The beach restaurant and pool restaurants are amazing, again the staff are friendly and kind and can not do enough for you. We were all inclusive and believe that this was 100% worth the money. There is a buss stop at the main road up from the hotel (15 min walk) we got this into Pefkos but it also carried on through to Lindos, 2.20 euros per person. Pefkos was lovely and great on a night. We hired a car from the hotel, 40 euros for the full day and fully insured. We drove through to Faliraki and then on to Rhodes, easy straight roads and only 20 euros petrol. Over all this hotel made our holiday the best that we have had, there was not one day that we regretted staying there, in fact we did consider staying on longer if only we had had longer off work. We would recommend this hotel to anyone; family's, couples, friends. However if you go with children I would recommend a room near the entertainment as it is quite a walk from the main reception area. There is a boat trip 25 euros per person for an hour and a half which takes you to the caves and areas around the acropolis, this was brilliant and the staff at the water sports hut were lovely.
Nicely designed grandiose resort located in vicinity of medieval Lindos. Spent one week in early October, booked two rooms through Booking.com. It is clean and spacious, offers activities for all age categories. Not all rooms are equipped same and I was not impressed with the quality and functionality of room furniture, especially room with private pool. For 5 star resort, this was minus. Restaurants are nice, very well maintained and offer food variety. Only thing I would criticize are concentrated fruit juices that make your throat hurting after drinking. Otherwise, I loved everything, especially large pools, beautiful beach and enough space everywhere we went.
We were at this hotel at first time and all there was absolutely perfect and professional. All the apartments are in modern style, 100% clean and systematically deployed. All parts of the hotel (lobby, pools, bars, restaurants, spa...) are really perfect designed and it is very pleasantly place. For us the best service were the hotel EMPLOYEES. All of the people were absolutely professional, polite, smiling and hardworking - specially the bartenders ALEXANDROS and ROMEOS from the Pool Bar are wonderful friends. We are going to go back next year. Thank you so much.
We spent 10 days in Rhodes with family and friends as we got married in Kallithea Spring and Spa we then booked to stay at the Lindos Imperial Hotel and Spa Resort for our honeymoon and booked a suite with private pool we arrived at 1am as we were taking family back to the airport. When we arrived we got taken to our room, in shock we walked in and found that we have been placed in an superior room with a small balcony, the room was disgusting, Wallpaper hanging off the wall Silicon all over the bath edge Cupboard falling apart A twin bed (for our honeymoon) Light flickering on and off as loose on wall Flush the toilet and the button fell off Blood on the walkway We were both in such shock after spending what we had on this, We called the reception and they told us to go to reception in the morning at 9am as no one was around to help, In the morning we went up at 9am got told that the manager was busy and to talk to the customer support of hotel she was so rude after trying to talk to her and showed her the pictures she said she would get maintenance as she agreed the room was bad but then just added that she would send a fruit bowl and wine, sorry but this doesn’t make having the wrong room any better and I left crying, she was horrible and rude and felt like I was nothing. We then went back to reception and they said again the manager was busy we returned back to our room and starting calling travel republic for help but in this time we had found another hotel in Faliraki and booked it for the rest of our stay as we refused to stay in a hotel and is so horrible. We went to reception at 17.00 (16 hours of staying in the hotel) we told them we wanted to check our 6 days early and we told them to get the manager this time they did the hotel manager came out we had a conversation but wasn’t willing to help We’ve complained to get a refund and we got a response of According to our services and general standards to our rooms within the Resort, It is within the realm of the guest to take pictures if he likes to distinguish any room that is not to their liking. For the guest to “kick” the wooden plank so it has been damaged to take a picture of it is very disappointing. However, for the guest to take the toilet “flush cap” off the wall and take a picture of it, is a shameful act in itself. For the guest to take a picture of spilt wine and assume it is blood, I’m not sure exactly what our mutual guest is trying to depict…? Each and every room is spot checked and maintained as per our 5* Resort Hotel Policy standards. Yes because I really wanted to do that on my honeymoon
We had a great week of weather at The Lindos Imperial, Kiotari, Rhodes and much about the hotel was ok. However, having stayed at some very good 5* hotels, we felt the hotel definitely didn't justify that rating. In our opinion it barely reached 4* in places. The hotel is huge and any maps provided were not particularly helpful. There were plastic sheets on the beds, the sun beds at pool and beach were sub standard, tired, damaged, and very uncomfortable, there was a good range of food that was just about acceptable but the main restaurant felt like a school canteen and you were rushed through your meal in the speciality restaurants sometimes the next course was bought out before you'd finished the previous one! The wine, as part of the all inclusive package, was undrinkable so you still needed to buy bottles of wine for dinner. All in all we had a nice week but feel much could have been better and the hotel only justifies a 3-4* rating, definitely not a 5*
