Villa Acacia - Sea & Mountain View in a Traditional Mosaic with Modern Touches

The imposing stone arch of Villa Acacia tireless for over a hundred years supports the wooden logs of the roof that along with the fireplace and the staircase leading to two wooden floors complete a traditional mosaic with modern touches. In the two yards with sea and mountain view there are BBQ, dining place, sun loungers, guest toilet, shower and laundry room. Free bicycles, free Wi-Fi are available, and guests can use the car park outside the house. In May 2019, the complete renovation of the house was completed without altering its character, providing all the modern comforts that a visitor needs. Characteristic are the handmade stone, wood and iron constructions that give warmth and uniqueness to space. At each elevated level there is a double bed with luxury mattress,satellite TV and Netflix streaming service, while under one there is the bathroom and the wardrobe from the other. The fully equipped kitchen on the one side, the living area with the fireplace and the sofa bed on the other side with the dining room in the middle, complete the interior of the house. The location of the house at the highest point of the village allows visitors to enjoy moments of relaxation either by choosing the courtyard with a view of the sea or of the mountain view. Guests with free bikes available at Villa Acacia can choose a ten-minute ride for swimming to the beach or to explore the nearby mountains.

10 days of bliss

This was our first visit to Rhodes and we had a wonderful holiday all thanks to Yiannis who was an incredible host. He stocked our fridge simply because he wanted to. His mum cooked a delicious meal of stuffed tomatoes and peppers and courgette flowers. It was very welcome as we arrived on Saturday night at 22:00 and the supermarkets are all closed on Sunday. So we didn’t have to worry about getting food. The villa is exactly as per the photos and Yiannis made sure we had everything we needed. Everything in the villa was first class quality. He even supplied coffee tea spices he called around through the week to make sure everything was ok and brought a bowl of ripe figs and cucumbers from his mums garden. He also sent us a text with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. If you book this villa you will not be disappointed. The nearest beach is easily a short bike ride and of course there are bikes supplied as well. I hope we will be back soon we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Villa Acacia. Thank you Yiannis.

Perfection ! Idéal pour visiter Rhodes !

Magnifique location à proximité des plages et des sites touristiques ( notamment Kamiros). Nous avons adoré ces vacances chez Yannis. Adorable et disponible, cette maison est un petit coin de paradis avec tout le confort nécéssaire à une famille avec enfants.

Everytime again!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Acacia. The Villa is super modern and has outstanding features. From the outside area you can look at both the sea and the mountains. There is a large table, where you can eat wonderfully and there are loungers for sunbathing. Further there is a big BBQ grill as well a outside shower. Also we never had a better host. Thanks to Yannis again! He took great care of us, was available for us at any time and welcomed us warmly. We can recommend everyone to stay at the Villa Acacia. We give 10 out of 10 points.
