Blue Pearl Villa is located on the southwest side of Rhodes island near Monolithos and Apolakkia village. It is one of two exclusive villas next to each other.
The villa is situated 80 meters from the seafront and the beach, offering a splendid view of the sea and spectacular sunsets facing the sea.
Fully air-conditioned rooms, well-kept gardens, large swimming pool facing he sea, sheltered veranda with sea view, stone bullt BBQ, secure fencing.
The Space
Blue Pearl villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

It has a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is located in a rural area, secluded and peaceful. Although distances on the island are short, a car is considered essential. At the nearby Apolakkia village (2km) there are a couple of restaurants, a small supermarket and a pharmacy. In Gennadi village (16km) you will find a wide variety of shopping as well as countless restaurants with local and international dishes.

1. Waschmaschine defekt: Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, was sehr unpraktisch war. 2. Kühlschrank kühlt kaum: Der Kühlschrank war nicht in der Lage, die Lebensmittel richtig zu kühlen. 3. Rutschige Fliesen: Die Fliesen waren extrem rutschig, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. 4. Betten wurden nicht gewechselt: Trotz vorheriger Vereinbarung wurden die Betten nicht gewechselt. 5. Internet und Fernsehen: Beides hat nicht funktioniert, was die Unterhaltung stark eingeschränkt hat. 6. Überwachungskameras: Ich hatte das Gefühl, ständig beobachtet zu werden, was sehr unangenehm war. 7. Unangekündigte Besuche: Der Besitzer kam ohne Vorankündigung in die Wohnung, was meine Privatsphäre verletzt hat. 8. Betten ohne Lattenrost: Die Betten waren nicht komfortabel, da sie keinen Lattenrost hatten. 9. Defekter Rollladen im Bad: Der Rollladen im Bad war kaputt und ließ sich nicht schließen. 10. Fliegengitter mit Löchern: Die Fliegengitter hatten überall Löcher, was ein Problem mit Insekten verursachte. 11. Zusätzliche Kosten für Klimaschutz: Drei Tage vor meiner Abreise wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 10 Euro pro Nacht für Klimaschutz erhoben, was ich als unangemessen empfand. 12. Dreckige Küche: Die Küche wurde in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand übergeben, was nicht akzeptabel ist. 13. ⁠Der Pool war nicht nutzbar für 1 Woche, dreckig/ mit algen

Wir sind als 7 Mann Truppe angereist. Die Übergabe verlief 1A. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Ein wenig abgelegener aber nur wenige Minuten vom nächsten Dorf entfernt, wo man lecker essen kann. Das Restaurant direkt nebenan ist auch nur zu empfehlen. Das Haus war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ausreichend Handtücher waren für alle Personen da. Man brauchte also keine mitnehmen. Der Pool Bereich war sehr gemütlich, mit einem perfekten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Zusammengefasst hatten wir nichts zu meckern und würden jeder Zeit wieder das Haus buchen.

Leider waren die angebotenen Räumlichkeiten nicht so wie in der Vorschau, und auch die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vielleicht wurde das Haus in diesem Jahr auch zum ersten Mal vermietet. Das war unser Eindruck. Aber die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

Schöne Villa mit eigenem Pool und Privatstrand

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Dadurch, dass die Villa schon etwas abgelegener lag, war das Mietauto ein Muss. Pool und Strand sehr schön. Wobei der Vermieter nichts bezüglich der Sauberkeit am Strand machen konnte( ziemlich viel Pladtikmüll). WLAN nur in der Wohnung oberhalb, im Erdgeschoss sehr schlecht. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Die Sanitäranlagen müssten mal ordentlich entkalkt werden. Und vielleicht auch ein Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt werden, mussten es besorgen. Der Vermieter hat uns auf Anfragen sofort geantwortet. Wer Ruhe sucht ist dort richtig. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!
