Casa Di Ria a sister villa of Casa Di Maria combines relaxation and a stunning design in a great location of Afantou near all kinds of conveniences and places of interest. Also, the villa is quite close to the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in only a 5-minute drive. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it
accommodates up to 6 people.

There are 3 fully air conditioned bedroom, one of them has a double bed and two of them have twin beds. All of the tastefully decorated bedrooms have Tvs. There are 2 modern ensuite bathrooms with showers and a shared one with shower as well. Also, there’s a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation as well as a living room with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. The villa is friendly to the environment, as it takes energy from its installed solar panels. Outdoors, guests will find their private swimming pool with hydromassage and contemporary sunbeds to enjoy the summer sun. There is a large furnished veranda with BBQ facilities and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare a tasty meal
and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones at the seating areas.

Casa Di Ria is located within walking distance from Afantou village, close to all kinds of
conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close to the cleanest beach on the island, Afantou beach, only a 5-minute drive. The crystal clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walk in, making swimming really exciting and enjoyable. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches on the island in close proximity to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf course on the island. Along this beautiful beach, visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the beautful beach on the island Tsampika only a 15-minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters. For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays, Close to the villa you can also find 7 springs, or “Epta Piges” as it is commonly called, that is a place of unique natural beauty
and offers visitors a unique opportunity to appreciate nature and the wildlife of the island.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:

• From 01/04 to 31/10: 15€ per night

• From 01/11 to 31/03: 4€ per night
