Our 7th holiday on the island, and our first in Ixia. We hope to return - very soon. As superb hotel, where you are made to feel welcome the minute the cab door is opened and you step out onto the forecourt. Greeted by chiiled cloths and a glass of bubbly, check-in was swift and within minutes we were taken to our room. Highly recommend Room 015. Well located, quiet and off to the side of the main pool, which can be reached within two minutes. Buffet breakfast with plentiful choice in the spacious, light and bright dining room. Recommend using the Spa - we enjoyed a wonderful 'couples massage' and use of the Hammam. Definitely book the Lobster 7-course dinner. Evening dinner mostly buffet with 'served' main course - accompanied by stunning Sunset. Cab into Rhodes town in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel. We very much hope to return.
I stayed at the Atrium Platinum from 11th May - 25th May 2019 with my parents who are both in their 80’s. I’ve travelled extensively over the years as have my parents and can honestly say this is the best hotel we have stayed in. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive and for the whole holiday, ever single member of staff in this hotel are friendly, polite, hard working and a credit to the Manager/Owners of the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the bedrooms are huge with a nespresso machine which made me feel at home. The bathrooms have double sinks and jacuzzi baths as standard, my parents also had a walk in shower in their room as the bath was too deep for them to get in and out of. I have a very restrictive diet being Vegetarian and due to health problems have now had to go Gluten free as well which is a real pain, but they cater for special diets very well you just need to speak to them. My dad has some mobility issues so I emailed the hotel before we visited and Julia very kindly arranged for him to borrow one of the hotel wheelchairs. We went on 3 trips with ManosGoing which is out the back of the hotel and turn right in the parade of shops. They were excellent trips and half the price of TUI, I particularly liked Symi. The taxi rank is also out the back of the hotel to the left on the other side of the road. I had a couple of Massages which were excellent and you can use the spa facilities all day for free if you have a treatment. A great hotel
This hotel exceeds expectation in all aspects The staff are delightful and always happy and smiling and helpful The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with excellent bathrooms The buffet breakfast has anything anyone could want The pool area is comfortable and spacious Beach just across the road, but this is not great in this part of Rhodes and if you want sandy beaches go to other coastline The speciality restaurants are good and the poolside restaurant is excellent value Nothing to fault and when we did have one small issue it was dealt with very well and very quickly Would definitely come again, well worth the price
Has to be one of the best run hotels I've ever stayed in. Relaxing, amazingly friendly genuine staff who work so hard but always have time for a smile and greeting . Lovely rooms with very efficient house keeping, huge choice for breakfast and lovely touches like croissants and pastries keep warm and very hot water for tea and coffee. Pool area is beautifully clean and the no reserving sunbed policy works really well and we never had a problem finding sunbeds. Rhodes Old Town is in easy reach either by taxi ( 8 euros ) or the local bus which was cheaper but seemed a bit erratic time table wise, both can be picked up just outside the hotel. We came back feeling totally relaxed and chilled out and I would have no hesitating in recommending this hotel. Would just like to thank all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and we would love to come and see you again very soon.
This hotel is a gem I Rhodes. Ideally located for a quiet time but close enough to Rhodes old town ( 8 euros in a taxi). The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service and staff are second to none. The staff could not do anymore for us, particularly the serving staff in the dining room and those serving around the pool. Every day we were met with a friendly welcome and a smile. The pool are is huge with plenty of room for everyone. The pool staff prevent sun beds bring reserved before 10.00am which makes it fair for everyone. We had a room with a private pool and our friends had a delux family suite. Both rooms were of the highest standard as were the support team maintaing them. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be booking again.
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in early June to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday On arrival we were both upgraded to even better rooms; theirs with a balcony pool and 2 bathrooms ; ours being a 'superior family suite' (no. 703) again with 2 bathrooms and an additional room. The standard Superior is large anyway but the amount of space we had was fantastic. All hotel rooms have sea or side sea views and ours overlooked the huge pool area and the Turkish coast on the horizon. We were impressed by the lack of noise from corridors or adjacent rooms The standard of service was beyond reproach--the hotel was spotless, the staff genuinely friendly and helpful (especially Ionna, the lady who looked after us at breakfast each day-an absolute sweetheart) and the breakfasts couldn't be faulted in terms of it's variety and quality. The swimming pool(s) area is huge with ample, very comfortable beds Prices too at the pool bar were not too steep compared to the prices charged in bars nearby. We ate in only once --in the pool restaurant -and the food was very good We very rarely stay in 5x hotels so this was a real treat for us and our expectations were more than met .
I writing this review whilst still here at the hotel. It’s absolutely lovely. We are on a bed and breakfast basis and can only say the breakfast selection is amazing. There is something for everyone. We are staying in room 16 which has a fab outdoor seating area and it’s own pool. Again absolutely amazing. The staff right across the hotel cannot do enough for you. They are friendly professional and absolutely lovely. This is my first time in Rhodes but I will definitely be back to this place. I recommend it 100%.
Excellent customer service - rooms are a delight - space immaculate - staff work so hard as a team. I had an issue that was addressed quickly and with care from management. Thank you, and we will definitely return to your well deserved 5* hotel.
Once again a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel and we always feel sad when our holiday is over and we have to leave. The moment you enter the hotel, you feel a very warm welcome and everybody is just super friendly at this hotel, no exception at all. The rooms are pretty huge and very modern with a huge bathroom. On arrival you get a bottle of wine and water with some fresh fruit. Housekeeping is very good and comes twice a day. The pool area is huge - absolutely no need to put your towels on sunbeds to reserve it. Since this year they have a separate App which you can install on your phone to order drinks/food when relaxing at the pool. This is a great idea to even increase the relaxing experience. Be careful, the cocktail menu is huge. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but again a very good buffet with so many choices of different food. We already look forward to our visit next year. Thank you all for again a wonderful holiday experience.
Currently on day 2 of a 7 day break, blown away by the hospitality of the staff who go above and beyond to accommodate your stay. All staff are a credit to the hotel and always greet you with a smile and conversation, staying in a side sea view room which is huge with a big patio. The room and hotel in general are spotless. There is a vast variety to chose from for breakfast - only staying bed and breakfast so can’t comment on the restaurants within the hotel. Bonus as unable to reserve sun loungers which means not having to get up extremely early. Hotel is a bus ride away from rhodes old town and easily accessible by taxi. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at! Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable and looking forward to the next few days
