AVOID THIS HOTEL. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Hotel seems to run on cash and no receipts. Charge non-existent UNESCO tax. They are rude aggressive and threatening. I expect to get abuse for posting this. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Its the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Over priced and terrible too

Rude staff (treated us very unfriendly from the start, lady at the reception even shouted at us during check-in) || Eventhough one day before it was confirmed by the hotel that check-in is possible from 2 pm, we could only enter our room at 5pm which costed us half of our first day || Rooms were not clean at check-in (dirt in the shower from previous guests) || According Expedia the open city-tax to be paid at the hotel was in total 12 EUR, but at the hotel we had to pay 120 EUR city-tax. 10x times more!! But we had to do it as we could not organize another hotel short-term. || Also the rooms that we received did not match the description from Expedia as we had booked it. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Been in many hotels in Rhodes and never had such a bad experience like this!

Charming Hotel in middle of Medieval Rhodes

We really enjoyed our stay at the April Hotel. The room, lobby and outdoor restaurant area were immaculate. The room size was perfect for the 2 of us and we were very comfortable there. Dido and Maria were excellent hostesses and were fun to talk to, gave good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They even arranged a rental car for us for a day which was very helpful. The hotel is located in the older medieval city which made it easy to visit as we were located in the middle of all the fun places. We would definately stay here again in the future and will highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Friendly staff, our 2 level room was dark with a balastrade that shook and could fall if leaned on. The lighting was so poor that it made it hard to look through suitcases. Honestly not worth the money.
