Am right at the start of my stay now. First day or so has been as follows. Arrived to basically be told my room wasn't available on first night. Got put in a room which was OK aside from the holes in the floor which had been patched and it felt like I could put my floor through again at any point. Spent time the next morning repacking our stuff to move, then a few hours in limbo with no room and cases at reception. When we got our room, we started to relax and thought we'll put that first night past us. Now there's a total water failure just at end of day, just when you want to wash the sun cream off. This hotel could be good, but that's not been my experience so far..... Far from it. Doesn't feel like the hotel is organised enough to be claiming to be 4 star.

Stayed for a week at the end of June and thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities at this hotel. The food is very good the main buffet has plenty of choices and I found most of what I ate to be tasty. Also, we really enjoyed our dinner in the Greek Restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. Always willing to help! Our room was always clean and with an amazing view. Me and my wife loved it! We wanted a chilled holiday and time to relax and that it what we got. We recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning in the future

The hotel was great and clean. I would honestly go here again. The private pool was lovely. The food was good with so much variety. The beach was nice as it had a sandy and stoney beach. The facilities were really good and all the staff were helpful and would help you. The bar staff all the way down to the cleaners were amazing. I recommend that if you want to go and see anything out of the hotel you will need to rent a car. The entertainment team was good. Overall the hotel and Rhodes was a good experience.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 10 nights, bought our all inclusive trip through secret escapes - nice and easy, all straight forward and no nasty surprises. I’ll summarise my review into categories: Accommodation: We booked a junior suite with private pool. We were allocated room 501 on the upper floor by the beach area. Beautiful views and lovely big terrace with good size pool. Not overlooked and a nice quiet area to stay on the resort. Room could do with some TLC, but minor things like broken shower rail and shower needs re-grouting but nothing bad at all. Didn’t take away from the big bed which was comfy enough for 10 nights. Housekeeping were brilliant, so nice and friendly, smiley, no quibbles of new towels every day and when we spilt a drink or two (made use of the all inclusive booze) on the bed it was all changed no problems. Staff in the bars and the buffet restaurant were faultless. So happy and chatty, they really do make a difference to an enjoyable holiday and should be commended on their efforts. They work very hard and always with a smile. Food & Drink: Not sure what people moan about on previous reviews. So much variety, changes daily. Lovely Greek food to try. The wine isn’t the best but that’s just our personal tastes. If you like watermelon you may have to do what everyone else seems to do and get two huge plates of it before you’re even shown to your table! Otherwise you end up with none. Quite frustrating when it’s everyday but that’s not the hotels fault, some of the other holiday goers don’t have etiquette. Recommend the gyros on Greek night! Yum! Pasta is always good too and of course the Greek salad is delicious. We went once to the Italian restaurant in the evening but I wouldn’t bother, the buffet is much better. During the day we mainly ate at the beach bar for freshly made pizza and drinks or at the Greek bar where there are lovely vegetable wraps you can grab and go. (Meat also available, I just preferred the veggie) good option for if you’re heading back to your room to chill and want a small snack. Location: We loved the fact it was tucked out the way from everywhere. Only 15 minutes from the airport though! Big bonus! We hired a buggy for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Not cheap, £850 for the 10 days but we made very food use of it. Travelled almost 600km around the island, great fun and easy way to get around and see what Rhodes has to offer. There is a small shop on site which has most essentials you need plus a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk to a shop up the road. Rhodes was about 40minute drive away, we did this a number of times. We loved old town. Lindos was about 90mins drive, nice to go and have lunch on the beach there, take a different route there and back so you see more of the island. Overall we would recommend this hotel but if we were to return we would want to same room we had this time around, as the others didn’t look as good and I think without the private pool, huge terrace and views of the sunset at the quiet end of the resort we stayed at then it wouldn’t have been the same.

Stayed here in June in a junior suite with pool. I had requested a ground floor room and this was what we got. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given cold drinks while we filled in the appropriate forms and then taken to our suite in a golf buggy - nice touch. They also delivered a bottle of wine and a plate of cakes just after we arrived. The suite was huge for us as a couple. Bed was a bit on the firm side for us, but that's a matter of personal taste. Was nice to have comfy armchairs in the room. The bathroom is incorporated into the bedroom, which, personally I don't like. Was ok for just the 2 of us, but if we had been a larger party, might have proved difficult to have privacy when bathing / showering. There was a kettle in the room and tea / coffee supplied on arrival, but not topped up. However, it was easy to obtain teabags etc from the dining room/ bars. There were a couple of bottles of water in the fridge on arrival and a couple of bottles left every day by the cleaner, which was a nice touch. The outside area of the suite was huge, with patio furniture and sunbeds. Plenty of shade, but also room to sunbathe. The pool was cleaned regularly. I would comment that the decking and woodwork on the bridge could do with a bit of TLC and painting. The steps into our pool came away from the decking on our first day due to the boards disintegrating. It was reaffixed quickly by the maintenance team, but due to being fixed at an odd angle, it made exiting the pool difficult for me. The cleaners came daily and made the bed and changed the towels. They mopped the floor after a fashion, but never got into corners, evidenced by the dead ants in the toilet , that I sprayed on the first day, which remained all week! The view from our suite was fantastic and the sunsets awesome. There is a small sandy beach to swim from, with sunbeds. The rest of the beachfront is stony. The food was acceptable, but by no means 5 star. We always found something to eat, but staff had problems keeping up with supply and demand. Food was often only luke warm when brought to the servery. Cutlery and crockery were often in short supply, particulary glasses. Crockery was also frequently cracked / chipped. The outside dining area was lovely with a fantastic view over the sea. It was lovely to sit and watch the sunset whilst eating. All the dining staff were excellent, but special mention for Michail, who was exceptionally helpful and polite. We didn't see any entertainment, which was our choice, but the entertainment staff were always polite and would stop for a chat when passing. We had our speciality meal in the Italian Restaurant. Service was really slow, probably due to there only being a couple of staff, however, when the food did arrive, it was excellent. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning. A lovely resort, but more attention to detail, partularly cleaning and catering would make this a truly 5 star resort.

Just had a lovely holiday here. Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful looking out across the med. Staff all polite, friendly and helpful. Food was great and plenty of choice. Ignore those reviews that say it’s tasteless how can lovely fresh Greek yogurt and creamy feta be tasteless. As for lack of choice I’d like to see what they offer their families for 3 meals a day on a daily basis. The only disappointing thing was I couldn’t manage to eat everything I wanted to try as their was so much. The rooms were cleaned every day and the resort was always clean and tidy. We were staying by the quiet pool and it’s not a lie... very quiet and plenty of free sun loungers for everyone. If you want a peaceful relaxing resort this is the place to go... we looked at going back in October and are gutted that it’s fully booked.

We stayed for 5 nights in a upper floor junior suite with a private pool. The rooms were very spacious, clean and having a very large balcony and pool overlooking the sea was perfect for a relaxing break. The staff are very helpful and friendly, there is the option to join in activities run by the animation team or just relax and enjoy peace and quiet with a great view. The theme nights for dinner provide variety to the food, which then also includes greek salads, pasta etc. Plenty of tables and choice to eat in or outside. Snacks, ice cream and drinks are available all day and there are different bars to choose from. We hired a car for one day (easy from this resort) and were able to visit Lindos and RhodesTown. Would certainly recommend this resort.

We enjoyed our one week stay in Nautica blue.Very nice hotel ,quiet and quality. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 3 bars for drinks and cocktails all day.The rooms were clean and with good view to the sea.

Visited hotel with wife and son in June. On arrival our room was occupied by somebody else - “group decided to prolong their stay”. Situation was sorted out next day, after a big fight they given us higher class room as excuse. Good things: food in all inclusive deal is good, nice choice and difference day by day; good big pools. That’s basically it) Bad things: hotel is old and worn out; all inclusive deal is very cheap (you can’t get a bottle of water for free, only glass:); animation is poor, basically targeted to old people (French balls, quizzes and stuff like that:); paid hotel services are awful (dry cleaning killed wife’s dress, looks like it was washed not dry cleaned); spa is dirty, massage quality was not satisfactory; room cleaning differs from day to day; hotel’s private beach is small and sea is not clean; by some reason hotel is dedicated to French people (80% of occupancy from staff words) and it’s not a problem, but a lot of staff and especially animators don’t give you any attention after they realize that you don’t speak French. Overall impression: everything in this hotel targeted to get money from guests with spending next to nothing, await problems with anything you try to get from hotel. Price is rather low, but I think you can find better options for the same money.

The Hotel is set in large grounds and has excellent bar and eating facilities. Drinks are mainly local but extra can be paid for branded spirits if all incl guests prefer but add an average of 5 Euro each. Food in the restaurants (buffet) is varied and generally quite good but the lack of staff and good organisation means food trays often run out and no one picks this up...when it is replenished it is often on the cold side which is a shame. The pools are large and quiet and one noisy as it is used for activities. All in all I enjoyed the stay because we had a car an went out each day to nearby coves and took a trip to the island of Halki for 20 Euros ea return....good value. Now here is the BUT,....THE HOTEL HAS A SMELL WHICH OFTEN DRIFTS ACROSS ALL AREAS. It could be drains or rotting seaweed from the abandoned harbour next door....either way it is a pity because it is there every day but some days it is good to go out as the smell is very bad..especially near the beach area.
