The hotel is in a bit of a rundown area with empty buildings close by. The reception area is univiting and lacking atmosphere...not what you would expect in a holiday hotel. The room was just about ok if you dismiss the concrete hard mattress, the apallingly smelly pillows and the bathroom's constant smell of sewage. Food is of a very low standard both in choice and cooking. Hot breakfast impossible as everything was luke-warm at best. Advise you not to book half board as the evening buffet was nothing short of disgusting. Sorry to be so negative but this hotel ruined our holiday on such a lovely island.

Me and 2 friends visited in August this year, great location for nights out as it is right at the end of the strip, Dimos at reception is the best he was so lovely and gave great service, definitely needs a promotion we loved him!! He even hand delivered us ketchup after a night out to our room! We will definitely be back next year, see you then Dimos!!

Not ideally placed ,next to a strip club and at one end of Bar St, That being said we were not disturbed in our room by any late night noise.Ideally placed for a 150 mtr walk to the nearest beach, 50 mtrs to a supermarket restruant and numerous bars.A 15 to 20 minute walk will get you to the harbour or old town.BAR service was good ,good range of drinks, food was of a good quality but range/variety was limited. Pool was SMALL AND COLD as gets very little sun.

Nice and clean hotel by the beach, the room was nice with a view. Great breakfast and the staff was helpful. We rented a car from the hotel. I will stay there next time we are on holiday in Rhodos. 👍

We both had massages in the hotel spa and the experience was excellent. We were booked in by Maritse who was knowledgeable and friendly, and we both had massages from Eleni. She provided a great deep back, shoulders, neck and scalp massage and we both left feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of our holiday even more.

We booked this package holiday 7 days before we flew out, very last minute. It has been a pleasure to stay here as all the staff have been extremely welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, towels and bedding can be changed are regular as you require them. We found the hotel very quite and relaxing, but just to note it was towards the end of the season. The only downside would be the variety of food, especially for my wife who is a non meat eater, but on the one day where she couldn’t find something they happily prepare something different for her. Everything we ate was nice but as they were only catering for a few people in the evening we appreciate it can be difficult. There was also free Wi-fi for up to 5 devices during our stay. We would definitely come and stay here again but would probably do bed and breakfast as there are loads of places to eat in a short walking distance. We hired a car for a day which reception helped us arrange. The beach is only 50 meters away although it is shingle and the sea is crystal clear. The old town is only 15 to 20 mins walk which is a fantastic place to visit. There are bars and a strip club very close by but we didn’t really know they were there. We had a late flight so they looked after our luggage for the day and provided a room for us to shower and change in before our transfer.

Overall this hotel was quite good although it has very little atmosphere. It's been freshly renovated and is therefore attempting to keep everything pristine whilst still being used as a hotel. If you read the pack in the room there are all sorts of instructions about not damaging the bedding (for which there will be a charge), not putting toilet paper down the loo as it works on a bio system (the metal bin provided for this horrified my husband) and not making a noise a certain times of the day. It also stated that rooms were soundproofed which they clearly weren't at least in the region of the wardrobe as we were woken by next door opening theirs at 7.30am on a daily basis. In general, rooms were kept reasonably clean and there were a ready supply of clean towels. My one really big gripe was the bed. Well, what can I say? It was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Starting from the mattress up ... it was rock hard and I had a stiff neck for most of the week from sleeping on it. The bottom sheet barely covered the mattress and wrinkled at every turn. Moving on to the 'cover'. Whilst this was attractive to look at it seemed to be made of something closely resembling white cardboard (otherwise identified as thick, woven cotton) which, depending on your preference, either covered you from mid-chest to toe or neck to shin. It also only covered the top of the bed with nothing down the sides. One night of (trying) to sleep and I asked for an extra cover (which was known as a 'winter blanket'). This was around the same size as the original cover but at least there were now two of them and some better comfort. Breakfast was as expected but, as there was only one waiter clearing the tables, there was often and bit of a bun fight for available seats. Could do with some more upbeat music as Oasis can be a little downbeat for a holiday. Pool area was pleasant and clean. Bar was nothing remarkable. Staff were always helpful.

Alexia is very modern and very clean throughout and the staff generally are pleasant and helpful. Our room was also very nice & contemporary. Unfortunately we had an awful view of concrete and the hotel opposite plus bins and constant racket of bottles being emptied into bins - that was just the room we had though & chose, not the hotel's fault. Couldn't enjoy the balcony unless we wanted to stare at everyone in the hotel opposite & vice versa! Alexia is also noisy - very & the walls are thin - again that's just its situation. The bed was also incredibly uncomfortable, I don't think we had a decent night's sleep over the 7 days. The bar area is really pleasant but they don't do enough with it, maybe add a bit of entertainment, music, be a bit more creative - it's dead unlike the hotels around it. It would've been nice to sit there after a meal out, but now when you're the only one in it. What really let this hotel down for me was the very poor quality of the housekeeping - day to day room cleaning - or lack of. Not once during the 7 days was any surface wiped down, bathroom cleaned, balcony swept etc.I don't expect a full clean down but come on, something! It was dire. All for the eco-drive on not changing sheets each day, that's great but when we asked for them to be changed, they weren't. Towels just dumped on the side, nothing tidied, it was really really poor & I would've expected poor. Twice I met the ladies cleaning the room and said good morning/hello - OK they might not speak English but they could've acknowledged - both times they completely ignored me, rude. All in all a mixed stay. Nice hotel but could be better, let down by areas it should excel

Had a wonderful holiday staying at the Alexia Premier City. We had a twin room beach view, quite obscured though, but lovely anyway. Unfortunately strip club and nightclub next door very loud all night. We asked to be moved and the wonderful hotel staff sorted this out and the rest of the holiday was peaceful. We were on a bed and breakfast tarif. The breakfast array was amazing, everything you could want, all self service. Some tables out on the balcony too. Hotel spotlessly clean. Not much atmousphere in the bar area, but as its so near loads of bars and restaurants that was ok. we did not use the spa or the pool, the beach was very near.

Really nice with very modern yet some rustic charm to it and with Carrara marble throughout...Nice simple modern rooms and staff are very very friendly. Sleek and stylish place to be in a very populated busy town in Rhodes, near everything you could possibly need and a 10 second walk to beach 👍👌
