This was a great place to stay! We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who was very helpful in getting us checked in and explaining all the hotel amenities as well as suggestions on things to do around the area. Our rooms were very clean, the breakfast each day was amazing with a huge selection of hot/cold items which made the up charge very worthwhile. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring, we were able to walk to several attractions as well as catching a local bus to get to a larger bus station. I would 100% definitely stay here again!

Great location in the center of town. Had front facing room with nice view of the square….staff extremely helpful and the lobby area is very open with a useful section for computer use…. Very busy in a good way… many travelers passing through….lively but room was quiet, clean, modern … Only bugaboo is no parking…(but same I believe with all downtown hotels in Reykj…)had to navigate complex parking rules on city streets…but overall fantastic stay and would return anytime.
