Great location for staying in downtown Reykjavik. Easy to find free parking right outside the building. Within walking distance to downtown restaurants and attractions. Quick last-minute booking. Quiet and clean room. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay, as someone who traveled solo. the rooms are definitely big enough for 2. Location is close to downtown, reasonable price, and the checkin process was easy. Customer service was helpful too. The room door code wasn’t activated when I arrived but I called customer service and everything was resolved under 5minutes.

I asked if they will be able to accommodate me for an early check-in; they said that it will be depending on the check-out time of the previous guests. On the day of check-in, they messaged me right away once the apartment was ready. I appreciate the immediate response and communication. The apartment was clean, neat, spacious and new. The shower curtain had a smell -- I already told them, hopefully they will address it. The building has an elevator and secure entrance. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and will recommend this place!

Located about 1 km from Hallgrimskirkja, this hotel/apartment is tucked among a bunch of other similar buildings. Not the flashiest neighbourhood, but good for anyone who doesn't want to be in the thick of crowds of tourists. There is a well appointed small kitchen and a grocery store nearby so you can save money by cooking your own meals. During our stay there was a lot of construction in the neighbourhood, but it did not affect our ability to sleep. The bed was comfortable and warm. People with allergies will need to be aware that there are down pillows on the bed, but there are also smaller poly-filled cushions that can be used. We had a bit of trouble initially figuring out how to get into the building and the apartment but finally figured it out after a more careful reading of the instructions.

Very nice stay, just wish we could have checked in earlier. We had to kill about 3 hours so we went to the grocery store and the coffee shop around the corner. The room was very cozy and enjoyable.

This was a very comfortable, clean and warm apartment. Had great kitchen amenities and a supermarket a short walk away. There’s parking on the street. About 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of town. Bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep every night - for a couple the bed would be cosy (but kind of expected in Europe).

My daughter and I stayed at B18 in the beginning of August 2024. The studio was beautiful- clean, spacious—and a wonderful location. Grocery store right around the corner. Coffee shops nearby—and just a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. There was a lot of construction in the area-but it could not be heard from inside. B18 was also a perfect home base for day trips. We always felt safe-and the communication was very friendly and any requests (eg more towels) was responded to promptly. I highly recommend B18.

This property is very quiet, convenient, and modern. The parking is right out front, and walking to the city is easy. I wish more bed pillows had been provided, as the pillows were small.

Stayed here with our two teen kids for 3 days. The room was great for us. Having a kitchen was awesome. There’s a grocery store on the corner which we visited each night for breakfast items. The street parking is free which is great though the signage for reserved parking was a little confusing as it seems like the entire street is reserved but then it’s along an abandoned building so after a day we parked there and were ok. The location is quite a close drive to downtown Reykjavik and the rainbow street area. There is also a really delicious vegan restaurant which reasonable prices a block away called the Loving Hut which was great (try the Pad Thai). The apartment was clean and the check in procedure was a snap. Would stay here again for sure.

Extremely clean and had all facilities that you need. The hosts were very communicative and responded promptly. Area is very convenient within easy walking distance to places of interests. The kitchen was well stocked. Very convenient for a family of 4 with 2 tteens. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.
