I booked this Hotel then I was involved in a car accident on the way so didn't get to stay here. My visa was deducted $218 and after one week I have not been reimbursed or told I can expect a reimbursement. I am sure the room was clean.

Rooms are fairly basic. They were clean although the heater was very loud. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Price paid was very expensive for what is on offer. This is a low budget hotel and this should be reflected in the price (although Revelstoke is becoming very expensive)

Room was clean, check in painless. Room 108 was cold and heating was in the corner partially blocked by a desk so the warm air did not circulate into the room very well. The bathroom has nicely updated. but the bathroom fan/heat lamp was loud and therefore we didn't use the heat lamp. The ceramic tile floor in the bathroom was very cold on the feet. Room contained small bar fridge, Microwave and Kerig style coffe pot. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed — BBQ, cleaning supplies, cooking appliances, a nice shower, and a fireplace. The downside was the pool and hot tub. The pool wasn’t heated and was quite cold for November, and the hot tub wasn’t working. We also weren’t informed ahead of time that the hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing — especially since other hotels nearby had theirs running. When we mentioned our disappointment to staff, they didn’t seem to care, which made the experience feel even more frustrating.
