Really nice hotel in an excellent area. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Room and bathroom were clean and a good size. Very pet friendly - appreciated dog food bowl, placemat and towel. Lots of parking and breakfast was good.

The shower body soap (liquid) has eucalyptus or similar additive that’s Very irritating to sensitive areas of the body and should be replaced! Otherwise the staff was Great as was the free breakfast. The TV was very challenging to find channels and the rooms could do with some “re-freshing “. Food was good in the pub. Hot tub was large and appropriately hot. Exercise room was WAY too hot secondary to the sauna located in the same room- down a steep staircase- a Very bad decision to co-locate sauna and exercise room in the same space

Big room with super comfy beds and nice linens. Bathroom tub drained a little slowly and body wash had run out in the shower, but not a huge deal. Front office staff was very friendly and happily accommodated our late check out request. Breakfast was included, hot and tasty with lots of options and hot coffee. Convenient location in the heart of Revy, walking distance to almost everything. I’d recommend this property!

Rooms do not have microwave, kettle or decent tv channels. No channels to watch hockey in Canada is very disappointing and no apps to log into streaming services or cast from phone. Outdated. Room was clean but had a distinct odor to it.

Fabulous renovated hotel within easy walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay exceptional. Guest rooms were clean with comfy beds & pillows. Complimentary hot breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, sausages & potatoes with fruit, pastry & cereal also available. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in central Revelstoke.

Good but basic

The room was very clean but basic. No microwave, fridge or coffee machine in the room. Hotels.com website states coffee in rooms, this needs to be updated. You can get coffee, but you have to go down to the pub to get it from the bar, this is not good. The room is starting to look a little dated with some damage to furniture and doors etc. Parking is not very secure, it is a large parking lot in the back shared with other businesses. Breakfast was very good with staff on hand to replenish and check on you.
