This is a perfect little unit for a couple visiting family / friends in the Eugene area, Located within easy striking distance of the University and downtown (2 min car ride) and walking distance to the shops / restaurants in Amazon neighborhood. The unit is quiet with off street parking. Will stay here again when visiting.
