Set on a 2,500 sq. m land in the picturesque Amnatos village, Litinas Villa is surrounded by olive groves. The Villa consists of 2 buildings, covering a total of 290 m2, which communicate with each other, both rented together, making it ideal for big families and groups. Litinas Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in beds & up to 10 people if necessary.

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue and dining table for 12 guests offering views to the sea and the surrounding landscape.
- A ping pong table.
- A Playstation 4 console, outdoor playground, trampoline and basket hoop are also available for the children.
- Parking space for 4 cars.

Fantastic Villa.

Just got back from a fantastic stay at this villa. Hosts were very welcoming. Stayed for 10 nights in May . Family with two grown up children and their partners. In all honesty we couldn’t fault the villa at all. Fabulous gardens and pool. immaculately looked after. The two villas, yes two!, were spotless, with a really well equipped kitchen in the larger villa. Great outdoor kitchen/ bbq area. The fact that it is two villas was great, meaning we could all be together but still have our own space. The hosts were really helpful, giving us restaurant ideas locally, even sorting delivery when we had a bad weather one day. Can’t thank them enough for a fabulous stay, and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit this part of Crete.

Relaxing week in Crete

We started our stay with a Google adventure to get to the villa. We laughed so hard at the TIGHT fit street we ended up in. Enter Maria (the owner) to the rescue! :) Yay we arrived!! Maria took us on the tour of the beautiful villa and gave us local restaurant advice. Sadly the weather was not great so we did not use the pool until the day we were leaving. Worth the wait, it was lovely!!! You definitely need a rental car. We found the sun on the south side of the island! :) Thank you Maria for all your advice and suggestions. Maratha Beach was super. :)

Beautiful Villa with excellent service

The villa was absolutely stunning and came with everything we needed to keep us entertained. We were welcomed with delicious homemade treats and from there onwards the service was excellent, I was in constant communication with Maria as well as the agency on hand, they took away any potential concerns or stress. I only wish we stayed longer!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful place

I stayed in July with my family, 9 of us in total. It was a lovely villa with such great views. Lots of space around the grounds and inside the property. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable, and maintained well. As you'd expect, most time was spent outside around the pool, which was great. There is a bbq area too for family meals and we spent a lot of time there in the evenings. The owner of the property could not do enough for us, and always responded quickly to us, including help and advice on things to do locally. The town is a short drive away and full of great restaurants and shops. The coastline is as lovely a you would expect for Greece and always a pleasure to visit. I would definitely recommend this villa and location.

Wonderful holiday

The villa is beautiful. We chose it before covid and had 3 years to look forward to it. The communication with the property management company before and during our stay was excellent and they were able to make recommendations for car hire, restaurants things to do etc. I definitely recommend a hire car as the villa is located in a lovely area for exploring. Maria the owner is lovely, very helpful but discreet and respectful. She was contactable on WhatsApp with throughout our stay, the midweek clean was an added bonus. The accommodation is perfect for groups and multi-generational families. We were an adult only group and for us all the amenities worked well for us. Beautiful views, clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, well equipped with very comfortable beds. We loved our week. Thank you

Es waren tolle 2 Wochen!! Wir konnten uns so richtig gut erholen! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ein Traum die Gastgeber total nett und bemüht das es dem Gast gut geht! Crete ein abwechslungsreiche Insel. Wir haben jeden Tag etwas Neues entdeckt!! Nach vielen Ausflügen hat man sich immer auf die Villa gefreut und dich sehr wohl gefühlt!!

At first sight you would say it is a nice house and estate...BUT First the positive things: Good beds, well equipped kitchen, cosy sofas, large pool Negative - Pool wasn't clean...probably no cleaning for a longer time - Pool water pump didnt work at first, was repaired, didnt work again - so much space outside, but only a plain lawn. There got to be something you could do (flowers, trees, etc). - somehow a lot of wasps on the lawn. No barefoot walking possible - outside lights for a nice atmosphere didnt work properly. Pool lights were always off. - only 2 of 8 sun lounger were comfy. Others not really usable. - sun umbrellas (fixed mounted) not usable in the afternoon, since shade is in the pool - electronic kitchen equipment kinda looks older and wasnt clean. Microwave rusted, coffee machine dirty with old stinky milk - water supply totally shut down twice for a while (1-2 hours) then suddenly worked again. So the wifi... - outside barbecue grill looks a little nasty. So we didnt use it... Overall I would not book that house again. Maybe spending money for a professional pool service and cleaning lady on a regular basis would be good. Owners somehow do it all by themselves and maybe only shortly before guests arrive. And the house/estate doesnt look finished in some points. We, 4 growns up, travel each year to another location and rent a house with pool, but this house is ranking last. Sorry I had to say this.

Villa Litinas

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen Personen in den ersten beiden September Wochen dort. Die Villa ist in der Realität genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Kostas empfangen und eingewiesen. Einen herzlichen Dank auch an Maria, die uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge gab. Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir fühlten uns alle sehr wohl. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend notwendig, da sich fußläufig weder ein Supermarkt noch ein Bäcker befindet. Die Abgeschiedenheit hat den Vorteil dass man absolut entspannen kann und es sehr ruhig ist. Der Service : die Reinigung des Pools und der Zimmer waren unproblematisch und sehr gut. Ein Dank auch noch an die ortsansässige Agentur von ETOURI, die uns Angebote für Ausflüge und Beachclubs gemacht haben, die teilweise so gar kostenlos waren . Eine Empfehlung, die wir gerne weiter geben ist die Taverne Faragi (ca. 10.min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto). Dort gibt es ausgesprochen gutes typisch griechisches Essen zu einem sensationell günstigem Preis. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthalts einige Male dort. Es waren 12 traumhaft schöne Tage auf einer abwechslungsreichen Insel mit tollem Wetter und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder diese tolle Villa buchen.

Wonderful villa

We stayed at Litinas Villa in august, during 2 weeks. We were 2 families and a total of 9 persons. The place is recent, very well equiped, extremely clean and of course located in a very quiet area. The view on the sea and the olive trees is amazing, it's been a real pleasure to enjoy our meals in these surroundings. The pool is clean and big enough for a large family. And of course, the constant help and kindness of the owner Maria is great. We recommmend this place, Crete le à super country and this villa top notch. Thx again Maria. Sebastien

Perfect villa!!

We had a wonderful holiday in Villa Litinas. On arrival late at night we were warmly welcomed with all kinds of tasty snacks by Maria, the owner. We could not have wished a better welcome. Also the compliments for Etouri Holidays (Kostas and his team). You can call them even in the evening if it is really necessary. We have also received all sorts of useful tips from Etouri. The villa, which actually consists of 2 houses, is brand new and excellently furnished. The beds are more than excellent, nice large bedrooms and bathrooms and well equipped kitchens. The garden is large and still needs to be laid. There is a nice swimming pool (the water was a little bit cold in April) and there is also a table tennis table. We had the honor to be able to inaugurate the brand new bbq, which functioned very well. Villa Litinas is in a very quiet location but is not isolated. We did our shopping in Perama, where we found the best supermarket. There is much to do in the area, Arkadia monastery is close by, Reptisland (very nice for children) is worth a visit and also a visit to Chania or Rethymno. But there is much more to do. Ville Litinans was perfect, we certainly hope to come back again. Maria, thanks for everything!
