Elarchon Villa - Ultima Privacy
Villa Elarchon is a holiday complex of 2 houses 1 playroom and a private swimming pool that you will have exclusive access to all the areas. Settled in Archontiki village in the middle of Chania and Rethymno town so is the perfect vantage point to explore the north and the south parts of the island! The location combines the peacefulness of nature with easy access to the beach and sightseeing.
Villa Elarchon is a 6-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 12 adults, covering 300 sqm. The Villa is furnished in a minimal and romantic style with all the modern amenities. Sit within a 1,500 sqm private estate with a large olive garden and herbs.
The villa is approved by the Greek Organization of Tourism.
Ground floor
Entering the villa you will find a modern play room, with a pool table, Tv, play station, and childrens area with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
First Floor
On the first floor guests will find 3 bedrooms of the Villa, one with a double bed (1,60 X 2,00) and a wardrobe, while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00), the third has 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Also on the first floor is located a bathroom with a toilet.

Excellent Villa
The villa was perfect for our 2 families of 5 (one floor each) with plenty of space and a fantastic pool and games room on the bottom floor. Aircon in all bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts Stelios and Theodora were brilliant. Understanding about our late arrival (from our flight delay) and incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were by far the best hosts we’ve ever had on a holiday. (Even prepared an authentic Greek dish for us all to enjoy!). Highly recommend for location and amenities. Local beach a 5 min drive had lots of cafes and bars and clear blue sea to swim in. Swimming pool, pizza oven, bbq area and evening lighting in the outdoor space was fabulous - much used by us all!

La villa possède toutes les commodités et en particulier la climatisation dans chaque chambre. Elle est très proche de plages sympas avec restaurants. Mais surtout l'accueil ,la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires et de la gérante immobilière est à noter!
