Bien mais sans plus

Belle villa, spacieuse, bien située au calme avec stationnement facile. La villa est fonctionnelle. Pas contre, Trop peu d’équipements par rapport à ce que l’on attend de ce type de prestation ( 1 casserole pour 6, 4 petites cuillères, 1 poêle (qui était inutilisable, nous avons dû en acheter une nouvelle que le propriétaire a remboursé), le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas, les toilettes du bas qui sont inutilisables, pas d’aspirateur et électroménager qui n’était pas de toute première jeunesse. Nous avons cependant apprécié l’effort du propriétaire d’avoir acheté les accessoires bébé (chaise haute et lit parapluie). Par contre, attention avec des enfants en bas âge car la terrasse en hauteur n’est pas sécurisée (risque de chute!). Nous avons malgré tout passé de bonnes vacances.

Sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage!

Objekt war gut zu erreichen mit dem Auto in ca 15-20 Minuten war man am Strand, Supermärkte waren auch gut zu erreichen. Man benötigt jedoch auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben in der Villa Alexandra schöne Tage über Sylvester 2021 verbracht. Das Haus ist schön geschnitten, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Im Winter braucht man auf jeden Fall den Kamin. Praktisch ist der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In jedem Fall hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
