Beautiful, new, large villa with stunning sea views, mountains and nature. Located a few kilometers from one of the most historical cities of the Mediterranean area: Rethymnon. Exactly 50 minutes drive from the Heraklion and Chania airports. The amazing bungalow, completely ground floor with large sun deck and lovely spacious pool, was built in 2016 and is located on the hills in the picturesque village of Kirianna 10 kilometers from the nice coastal town of Rethymon. 4 kilometers from the sandy beach.
The 150 m2 villa is built according to authentic Greek standards with old stone walls and wooden shutters and is situated on a private plot of 1500 m2 surrounded by olive trees and various citrus trees. Just for the breathtaking view of the green landscape and the sea and the White mountains, a stay in the villa is an experience of size. Many taverns where you can eat delicious Greek within 5 to 10 minutes. In short: an oasis of peace where you stay close to culture, sea, beach and entertainment. Villa Kyria is built and attractively decorated by companies and people of the island, which further increases the holiday feeling. Pure luxury mixed with authentic Greek history and experience. All that experience is pooled together with Greek architects in this unique set up villa. Along with the large pool of 40m2 surrounded by a lovely lawn and bbq area, this makes staying at Villa Kyria an unforgettable experience.
