Séjour parfait passé à Rethymnon ! Le logement était conforme à l’annonce et à l’appartement demandé. Les propriétaires ont été plus que sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement ! Note aux futurs hôtes : pour un maximum de réactivité, contactez l'hébergement 48h auparavant sur Whatsapp, afin d’obtenir les informations rapidement.

La casa era carina, con tutto il necessario, pulita e vicina alla spiaggia. Consiglio però di sentire subito l'host, perche hanno vari appartamenti e io avevo prenotato per essere vicino al centro storico (in base all'indirizzo indicato sul sito expedia) e invece l'appartamento che mi hanno dato era vicino alla spiaggia, a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Purtroppo l'ho scoperto il giorno dell'arrivo, quando mi hanno mandato il messaggio per il check in. Alla mia precisazione che non era quello l'appartamento prenotato hanno risposto il giorno seguente dicendo che l'altro appartamento non era disponibile e non si sono più fatti sentire per l'intero soggiorno di 4 notti. Peccato, bastava un po' più di precisione sulle indicazioni iniziali e una miglior gestione della problematica e la mia recensione sarebbe stata migliore
